With reference to the discussions with you and would like to submit our offer for the
subject project. This refers to your correspondence with us.

We are pleased to offer you Daikin Standard Air conditioning equipments for your
project as per the schedules received from your end.

Scope of supply, Commercial terms and conditions are given below.

SCOPE OF SUPPLY:

➢ 1.1 AIR HANDLING SINGLE DECK UNIT (3 No’S AHU): (UAE MAKE)

SUPPLY SECTION:

We are offering you Daikin Double Skin Air Handling Units with pressure injected
62mm thick Polyurethane foam with following configuration

1. Double Skin with casing made up of GI sheet with pressure injected 62mm
thick Polyurethane foam of density 40 kg / m3 and thermal conductivity,
k=0.017W/MoK.
2. Combination Filter Section with Pre filter Washable type (90-95% ARR, G4 as
per EN 779)& secondary bag type filter (80-85% efficiency, F7 as per EN
779)
3. Cooling coil section with dx cooling coil made up of Copper with Al fins.
Stainless Steel drain pan & Copper headers are offered.
4. Heat pipe section with Horseshoe heat pipe (1 #).
5. Fan section with Backward / Forward Curved type fans with suitable belt
drive package offered. Motor considered is TEFC type suitable for 400
V/3PH/50 HZ electrical power supply.

FAHU): (UAE MAKE)

SUPPLY SECTION:

We are offering you Daikin Double Skin Air Handling Units with pressure injected

4. Return fan section with Backward / Forward curved fans with suitable
belt drive package offered. Motor considered is TEFC type suitable for
400V/3PH/50 HZ electrical power supply.
Notes:
1. All major specifications as per Daikin Standards.
2. Access doors are provided as per Daikin Standards.
3. Fan Sections are provided with belt guard, inspection window.
4. Weatherproof canopy is provided.

Exclusions:

1. Sound attenuators or silencers, sand trap louvers, insect screen, damper

actuators, Motorized dampers.
2. We have not considered any control valves, thermostats or any kind of DDC
or electric control, starters.
3. Any item which is not mentioned specifically in our offer.
4. We are not considering any spares for the units.
5. Unloading, installation, storage and maintenance of equipments at site.
6. Starter panel and disconnect switch for AHU’s.
7. VFD’s for fan motors.

 9. Testing of AHU’s & FCU’s
10. Assembly of modular sections of AHU’s at site.
11. Modulating control valve installed on return CHW pipe.
12. External Vibration Isolators.
13. BMS connectivity.
14. Performance testing.
15. Thyristor Modulating controls/Controls for heaters if any
16. Starter & control panel for AHUs.
17. Extended drain pan for FCUs is by MEP Contractor.
18. EC Motor for AHU/FAHU/FCU
19. Spare filters/belts/bearings/Motors for AHU/FAHU/FCU.

➢ 1.3 PRICE, COMMERCIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Exclusions : Unloading at site.

Payment Terms : 100% irrevocable C&F L/C payable within 60 days from
BL date (Bill of lading).
Validity : 30 days.
Delivery : 10-12 weeks to the site from the date of firm order with
LC for AHU’s & FCU’s

Warranty : Our standard warranty will be valid for 18 months

from the date of shipment or 12 months from the date of
commissioning whichever ends earlier. Warranty does
not cover consumables like oil, gas, filter etc. Our
warranty covers spare parts only.
Warehouse Fee : A warehouse fee will be charged at actuals against all
non-collected and or/not delivered goods. These charges
will become applicable three days from the agreed
delivery date. In case you are not able to take delivery of

 the material after the agreed delivery date for whatever
reason, the trailer charges/container charges will be to
purchasers account as per actuals.
Taxes & Duties : Our offer is based on present rate of Duties/Taxes
applicable in UAE. Any change in Duties/Taxes will be
charged at actuals.
Currency Variation : All prices are based on currency exchange rate of AED
3.673 = 1 USD. Any variation in this exchange rate will
reflect in our invoice.
Cancellation : 25% of the material value will become payable in the
event of cancellation, prior to start of manufacturing.
After manufacturing has started, cancellation charges
will be determined based on actual cost incurred by us.
Force Majeure : Neither party will be liable for loss, damage, detention or
delay resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control
or caused by fire, act of god, strike, civil or military
authority, priorities established by the Government in
the country of source of equipment/product or any
department or branch or representative thereof,
insurrection, riot, embargo, transportation shortage or
delays, wrecks, or inability to obtain necessary labor,
materials or manufacturing facilities from usual sources
including sources within Daikin itself.
