Annex-2

Terms and Conditions of Sale for Powerpac Engineering Co. Scope

1. Terms of Payment

All payment should be made in Pay Order or Account Payee cheque favoring “Powerpac Engineering Co.” Payment should be
following:

a) 80% Payment will be paid to us during place of work order.

b) 20% Payment will be paid to us before delivery materials at site.

2. Offer Validity

The offered price is valid for 07 days following this offered date subject to prior sale and order confirmation. For later please ask
for confirmation of the validity and condition of sales

3. Delivery

Delivery of Materials: Within 45 Days from the date of receiving of your work order with payment.

4. Warranty

12 months from commissioning date or 1000 Hour which comes earlier. Warranty covers replacement of defective parts due to
manufacturing defects and comes from bad workmanship.

The buyers shall take care of the goods after receiving it, and shall shoulder the responsibility of the quality for not taking care of
the goods well.

Warranty does not cover:

 Defects due to users improper maintenance (Not following the Maintenance instruction by
seller/sellers agent.)
 Alternation or repairs not authorized by the company in writing.
 Diode & Surge suppressor failure
 For Consumable item including battery.
 Normal wear & Tear
 Radiator Servicing

6. Erection and Commissioning

The price quoted here is included the supervision and commissioning charges. Our scope of work excludes the Engineering, Civil
works, manual labor, material cost such as power and control Cables with necessary materials for cable laying, Earthing system,
ducting (if required), Extension Silencer pipe fitting and fixing, Battery Charge & Fuel which is mandatory for the installation of
the Generator set.

7. Pre Delivery Inspection

Customers are requested to organize pre-delivery inspection if they think this is required. Once delivered the equipment will not
be back.

The price may be adjusted due to currency fluctuation and any change in govt. duty Structure which is beyond our
control.

*All above works will be supervised by Powerpac Engineering Co. Engineers.

8. AFTER SALES SERVICE

Our maintenance team consists of many graduated Engineers and experienced technicians. We are also well equipped to deliver
prompt service. Ours have Engineer trained at Perkins Factory in UK and FG Wilson at Larne, N. Ireland.

9. TRAINING

Necessary in country training for operators and mechanics will be provided free of charge at the time of Commissioning the
Genset, but limited to one day only.

10. SPARES

Ours have a considerable amount of genuine spare parts matching different Genset models. However for specials parts it is better
to notice us earlier. In that case it will hardly take 10 working days to make it air freighted to you directly from UK. Subject to
availability.
