TERMS & CONDITION :
1. PAYMENT TERMS: 100% as advance with work order.
2. PACKING: Export friendly 'Shrink Wrap' packing

3. DELIVERY: Ready stock, 3-5 days from the order confirmation and advanced payment realized however, subject to
prior sales.

4. VALIDITY: This offer is valid for 15 days from the date of this offer.

5. Warranty : 12 months from the date of commissioning or 1000 running hours whichever occurs earlier, as per
manufacturer standard warranty.

6. Servicing: After sales service is free for 12 months from the commissioning without consumable items. First
servicing after 50 hours, second servicing after 200/250 hours and so on. Cost of consumable items will be on user’s
account.

7. Warranty does not cover:

a) Defects due to users improper maintenance (not following the maintenance instruction by the manufacturer.
b) All consumable items.
c) Normal wear and tear.
d) Alteration and repair not authorized by manufacturer in writing
e) Any kind of replacement warranty is not applicable.

8. Installation: The priced quoted here includes installation supervision charge if the installation place is anywhere
in Bangladesh as per MPL standard, but our scope of works will exclude the civil works, cable supply and laying, hot air
ducting, manual labor, earthing, silencer pipe, diesel cost and material cost which is mandatory for installation.
Purchaser have to bear these installation cost.

9. Exclusion:
a. Lifting of Generator above ground level.
b. Any kind of civil works.
c. Any kind of ferry/ troller fare to cross the river or sea to take the Generator to a remote place.
d. Any kind of event which is not mentioned in the offer.
e. Customer should ensure the required space for Genset placement.

N.B: Any changes of GENSET may occur time to time as product development is a continuous process
