Payment Terms

30% of the contract value as interest-free mobilization advance.

60% of the contract value along with 100 taxes against readiness of materials
before dispatch.

10% of the contract value on completion of testing and commissioning before

handing over of elevator for regular use.

Note:

GST on supply of goods has been considered @18% being the rate
prevailing on the date of this quotation. However, if there is any

amendment or variation in the rates, the same shall be payable by

you as applicable, in addition to the prices stated herein.

The installation has been considered @18% being the rates

prevailing on the date of this offer. However, if there is any

In case of any delay in completion of the building, arrangement of

permanent power supply, on-demand you shall pay the installation
amount due on completion of mechanical installation against the
notification.

Payment will be accepted only in the form of cheque/demand draft

payable at Hyderabad or local cheque in favors/scan elevators private
limited and no cash.

EXECUTION SCHEDULE

Execution of the contract starts from the day of technical and commercial
clearance (terms of payment) as agreed.Theentirescheduleof12weeks is
divided here below.

Engineering:-we require 1week for the following

(NOTE:-FROMTHEDATEOFLIFTSHAFT IS READY WITHPLASTING)

● Collecting Site details

● Preparation of GAD
● Submission of GAD and Approval from Purchaser

Manufacturing: - we require 3 weeks for the following

1. Procurement and process of standard items

2. Manufacture of contract-specific items

3. Testing and inspection of assembly and sub-assembly

Delivery at the site: -we require 1 week for delivery and unloaded at site.

Storage:-we require a minimum of 50Sq. Mtr covered is a free from dust,

water seepage with lockable arrangement preferably near to the elevator
shaft in the bottom floor. This storage remains exclusive for elevator
materials and necessary security if required to be provided by the purchaser.
Store to be made ready before dispatching of materials to the site.

Installation, testing and commissioning: -we require 8 weeks for

installation, testing, and commissioning from the date of handing over of
elevator shaft as per approved GAD.

NOTE:-This excludes purchaser scope of work

such as cladding on the entrance, arranging
power supply, etc.
PURCHASER SCOPE OF WORK

1. SCOPE OF WORK

Allpreparatorybuildingworksuchaselevatorshaftwithenclosureproperly
plastered and whitewashed during erection, waterproof dry and clean
elevator pit.

Any necessary tanking, lining or reinforcements in the elevator pit.

Light point in the elevator shaft opposite each landing and in the pit.

supply with suitable switch fuseun it and earth leakage circuit breaker (ELCB) of
required capacity as per GAD within 5 meters of each elevator controller for testing
and commissioning and at ground floor for Erection/Installation, Timely provision of
permanent supplies for testing purposes.Effective double earthing from a separate
earth pitexclusively for elevators . Lighting arrestor and other electrical protective
devicthe es necessary to meet the local requirement. (Shaft lightening should be
independent the of main switch provided fthe or controlboard).electric wiring
between the client's main meter board to the client's main switchboard near

A safe dry, lockable storage space with sufficient lighting and two
numbers three-pin plug points, of a minimum of 50 sq meters per
elevator near the elevator shaft on the ground or basement floor, shall
be made available during the entire installation period for storage of
the material at the site.

Shaft Reduction Channels, if required, and hoisting beam/ hook in the

roof slab in the machine room.

Dryandcleanmachineroomwithprovisionofcrossventilationandexhaustfa
n, sufficient machine room lighting, a lockable door, provision of rain
protection guard on doors and windows, a direct approach from
terrace to machine room by stairs or rigid ladder with handrails and
fall protection rails, and Load hook of capacity specified in GAD above
the machine location.

Casting/making of foundation (sickle) for M/C, buffer, Rope anchoring,

Deflection pulley, etc. Ragboltgroutingforfixingdoorhangers.

All electrical wirings &earthling for the lighting & other electrical
fittings in the elevator shaft shall be carried from your end and the
same is excluded from the Happy’s scope of the work

COMPANY SCOPE OF WORK

Supply and fixing of Anchor bolt by drilling hole with Hammering

M/C for Car&cwt. bracket in the case of RCCshaft.

● Proper guarding and close fencing of the elevator shaft

● Providing and fixing of Sill Angle for fixing of landing doors in case of
automatic doors.
● Supply of rag bolt for grouting and fixing wherever required.

● Transportation, Erection, Packaging and Forwarding,
loading/ unloading, installation, testing,
and commissioning charges.
● One Year - Warranty and Guaranty.
