19 Assumptions and constraints:

1- Payment 100 % advanced before start work.
2- 2- Price Not Include VAT 15%
3- Rate are based on ( ALKHARG. ) area any other area not Mention will add Extra charge for Mob & Demob
4- Prices are based on normal working hours on normal working days (Saturday – Thursday) based on 10 hours a day – 60
hours per week including public holidays 260 hours per Month also not include Friday
5- Extra hours will be charge on a pro rata basis.
6- Guarantee of work: Daily rate based on minimum (One day) used or not used at your site, weekly rate based on minimum
(1 week) used or not used at your site, Monthly rate based on minimum (2 Month) used or not used at your site
7- For Mobile Crane Rental will commence upon arrival (once crane body reaches the site rental starts) and terminate upon
the departure of crane parts at the site.
8- Notice period of min. 1-7 days working required for Mobilization
9- Notice period of min. 3 days working required for Demobilization
10- Prices are subject to availability of equipment until placement of a firm order by the client and subsequent confirmation
by AL-Ahmed Company.
11- Our quotation excludes special rigging material, purpose made lifting frames or lifting attachments, lifting management
and engineering services, for which we are able to offer our quotation upon request.
12- AL-Ahmed to arrange Third Party Certification during first assembly; Test loads to be arrange by Client.
13- The working areas are required to be easily accessible, passable and of sufficient ground bearing capacity for our cranes,
means of transport and personnel. In addition, we require sufficient room for the performance of our activities without
impediments.

 14- Client to arrange necessary lifting gears with required certification.
15- AL-Ahmed quoted Pricing is include One-time Mobilization & Demobilization For the Equipment.
16- Client to arrange shifting of crane from one location to another location / Site transport for ballast, boom sections etc.
including assembling / dismantling of crane with necessary equipment and manpower.
17- Client to arrange necessary Safety / QA / QC officer / flagman, required at site as per main customer’s requirement No
extra cost to AL-Ahmed.
18- Client to ensure that the time sheets are signee daily by their authorized personnel onsite to confirm the actual working
hours and there shall be no right for subsequent modifications under any circumstances and Time sheet must send us by
mail or hard copy at end of month crane work or day work
19- If we not receive time sheet 7 days after end the work from your site for any reason, we will make it and submit our
invoice against this time sheet, client don't have right to refuse our invoices
20- Price stated is only for the main boom configuration. If the special configuration is required to be an additional price.
21- Work must be appropriate to the size of crane to help workflow.
22- We are not responsible for any traffic transfers or other permits our responsibilities end with Crane; cables related to
crane operators.
23- We calculate stopped from any delay that we not responsible as work hours like (wind speed, traffic,permits,etc)
24- We responsible for accommodation of operator & diesel and Food if work at Riyadh otherwise client scope
25- If working crane need to shift or need to fix Fly Jib site engineer should be to inform us 48 hours before, to preparing
(our team, small crane and trailer)
26- In the event of any conflict between the terms included in this quotation and our General Terms, the provisions of this
quotation will prevail.
27- This quotation is valid for 15-day days after the date it is issue (inclusive).

The below note to be mentioned in your P.O or Agreements

Note “This purchase or Agreement’s order is based entirely upon on the AL-Ahmed Commercial offer herewith known as
the Offer. Not with standing anything to the contrary stated elsewhere in this purchase order or attached conditions, the scope
of work, prices, payment terms and general terms and conditions governing this purchase order shall be those specified in
the Offer, which shall take precedence over any other part of the purchase order”.
