PRICE: - Rs. 9,50,000- + Tax (GST 18%) FOR MATERIAL +LABOUR

 PRICES: All Offers are on Each Ex-Works, Rajkot basis.
 TAXES: GST WILL APPLY 18% ON BASIC PRICE.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 PRICES: All Offers are on Each Ex-Works, Rajkot basis.

 TAXES: GST 18% ON BASE PRICE WILL APPLY.

DELIVERY: Within _3_ to _4_ Weeks from the date of receipt of technically and
commercially clear Order with necessary advance payment, Subject to Force Measure
Clause.
 PAYMENT :
- 60% Advance payment will be released along with your firm Purchase Order or
Acceptance of Contract Agreement.
- 30% Payment will be released against delivery of the Material at respective
Site against before start of installation.

- 10% Payment will be released on completion of Installation and Commissioning

Before possession of Elevator.
Above all Payments will be released in favour of “YOGEE ELEVATORS” by Demand
Draft or AT PAR Cheque, payable at RAJKOT basis.

 PACKING, FORWARDING & TRANSPORTATION :

The Materials will be delivered at your Site through Chartered Trailer on To Pay / Paid
basis.

 INSPECTION: All Equipments are internally Inspected / Tested by us as per IS Standard,

prior to dispatch at our Works. However, if Client requires Inspection, it will be
arranged at our Works and to and fro expenses shall be in your scope.

 GUARANTEE: All “YOGEE” Equipments (excluding Electrical accessories of the

Elevators) are guaranteed against any fault or defect in design, manufacturing or in
use of raw materials for a period of 12-Months from the date of Commissioning of
Elevator. We will rectify or replace any defective components if reported during the
Guarantee period on Free of Cost basis at our Works. However, the Guarantee will not
remain in force in the event of misuse or accident of the Equipment.

 In case of the offer being for more than one elevator, each elevator shall be treated as
an individual contract.

 We shall have to lien on elevator/s until full and final payment is made to us and we
shall be entitled to recover our dues in the manner found appropriate in our opinion.

 If there is any delay in handing over us the complete site for erection within one year
from the date of Contract, you will be liable to pay us extra 10% increment on actual
contract price.

 If there is no permanent power supply received from Authorities by you; and erection
work completed by us, you will be liable to pay full amount of the contract price.

 Present License Fee and Inspection Fee payable to the Govt. of Gujarat shall be extra
and it will be paid by the Purchaser of Elevator.
