Role and Responsibilities of KONE:

 Feasibility analysis of a product against customer requirement.

 Engineering of products based on customer special requirement.

 Expertise in developing and validating 3D models, 2D drawings and detailing.

 Preparation of Bill of Material (BOM) in SAP by checking each of the component

specifications in assembly and part level split up and providing SAP variable
configurations (VC) as per the customer requirements

 Experienced in working on Engineering Change Note (ECN) and maintaining the records

 Providing immediate response to Quality feedback (QFB) Claims at the Site requested

 Responsible for Technical help desk (THD) support for front line installation team and
to provide cognition as per the KONE Installation Standard.

 Creating General Arrangement Drawing (GAD) for customer elevator shafts and study
of architectural drawing if required.

 Engineering calculation and analysis like Load calculation for elevator car,
compensation calculation, Rope stretch, and Machine selection are being done to the
get the accuracy in component selection

 Checking interface for each elevator components and responsible in the specifications
of new part or assembly drawing to create part master.

 Knowledge in implementation of FMEA and analyzing solution for PFMEA and DFMEA

 As s member of cost eduction project, saved INR 2,00,000 by eliminating excess

 Handling with Germen Machines for diesel pressure checking machine (Aquarese,
Mikrosa, Launches, Jet Pressing for Common Rail) Keep proper record of all PMS
activities.
