My work is to coordinate among cross functional team for smooth transition of any new changes and to inform the higher management
team. I was authorised to conduct meeting at cross functional level via offline and online mode . I have prepared excel matrix and
template for ECR /ECN to measure progress.

I was appoint ted as a coordinator among the cross functional team. My work was to ensure documentation completion of
each department and to compile everyone data in single skill matrix. Parallel I have to prepare audit documents for IE and
production department.

I am team leader of this project. My duty was to prepare pallet design in AutoCAD explain the design to carpenters . PPAP of this line was
under my control. I prepared the layout , made design for storage and finished goods, calculate manpower , capacity analysis , time study
, Bom preparation , Purchase carpentry tools, Cutting machine ,Hire 3 carpenters , train them to work under PPE kit , make a scrap area
into a full fledge production line . PPAP was approved by CFT team; ensure all working conditions of the line. Worked with vendor and
supplier for the requirement of trolleys design by me.

 CSGB SPM 126 TESTER INDUSTRALISATION :- (4 Oct 2018 to 2 Feb 2019)
CSGB is know as safety gear of lift .It is this equipment which prevent it from free fall. My work is coordinate with Australian team to
bring tester to India , unbox it , Make it in ready condition before deadline , train the operator , find the vendor in India for laod cell
calibration , Layout modification , SOP preparation and approval , Quality approval , production trial , cycle time .My work is to adjust
2000 * 1500 m tester in existing running line without any disturbance to actual production . I was also assigned to take approval from the
customer by submitting the documents specially prepared from customer end.

 SLING 1:1 & 2:1 INDUSTRALISATION: - (10 August 2017 to 13 Oct 2018)
Sling 1:1 is the name of the fitment in which elevator floor rest . It is this which moves up and down with the help of guide shoes .
My duty is to do Physical BOM audit as per MBOM and as per physical assembly , assembly trials , fabrication trials , packing method
design , trial of packing method , Line layout , pneumatic tools selection , work assembly station , ensuring kanban, get safety clearance
by HIRA preparation , PFMEA ,Manpower allotment , cycle time , BOM Correction , Work study , drawing study . Preparing SOP and its
approval from Quality and production team.

Win line is the name of project which includes floor, roof and panels of the elevator. My job is to do BOM audit, time study,
SOP preparations, assembly trials, PPAP.

 My job is to find a supplier to purchase a small welding machine used to melt the wire at point of contact. I was assign for on boarding
the machine. Undoing , getting trained for that machine usage , its sops , manpower training , production and quality trials , fitment of
that machine , layout preparation , ensuring kanban , I have prepared single storage trolley design of 9 variant , find vendor to fabricate
it and coordinate with all other CFT to complete this project before deadline .

PROJECTS HANDLE IN UNIVERSITY

 Project made: Modification of Crank Link Slider (March,2016-April,2016)

In this project simple Crank Link Slider was modified into Power Filer and Power Hacksaw.
