 Responsible for the customer complaints and solve the problems with proper root cause &
corrective action with 8D report.
 Inspection of jobs as per control
 Provide PDI reports to the customer, based on inspection standard & ensure only quality product
dispatch to the customer.
 Continuous improvement in the Quality by Kaizen.
 Active team member of 5s team.
 Responsible for Set up approval & patrol inspection.
 Responsible for checking new developed samples.
 To control & maintain Quality of components by using various analytical techniques.
 Meeting clients and handling customer complaints they may have.
 Analysis & monitoring of daily rejection & take action against the rejection.
 Handling line issue.
 To explore possibility of Poka -Yoke.
