 TECHNICAL FEATURES
 (THE TIME THE DOOR REMAINS OPENED):
For merely External call signal, 1-2 seconds: and in case of both Internal selected
signal and external call signals, 2tseconds.

 CALL FOR OPERATION OF THESE FLOORS :

In case that the elevator is yet not started but. The door is closed or is being
closed; pressing the call button of this floor will make the door lock open.

 DOOR INTERLOCKED PROTECTION:

Only when all doors are interlocked and closed may the elevator be able to run,
otherwise if will stop.

 POSITION-LIMIT PROTECTION:
If the elevator detects a limit switch, the entire System during upwards
(downwards) running, it will immediately permanently stop.

 LIMIT PROTECTION:
If the elevator triggers a limit switch, the entire system will be de-energized.

 TROUBLE-SHOOTING OF ELEVATOR:
In case of trouble, the system will automatically locate the possible causes and
show the trouble message.

 ASSESSMENT OF IMMUNITY :
This function is able to correctly asses the grounding of the control panel and
shaft wires.
 MAINTENACE AND SERVICE
 ELEVATOR MONTHLY MAINTENANCE:
Our 12 month quality warranty begins after the installation elevator of each
material/equipment.
During our warranty period, we will send our maintenance technician to
maintain the elevator on site for Free. The maintenance cycle will be controlled
on a monthly basis. If any problems occur during the warranty period, our
company specialist will solve them on priority basis from the moment of
notification. Before the due to the quality warranty, we will thoroughly inspect
and test the elevator free of charge for our clients and resolve existing problems
if any. During our warranty period, client can contact us via our 24-hour cell
number.

 SIGN THE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR CONTRACT WITH OUR CLIENT:

After Signing the contract with our client we will send our specialist to repair
and maintain the elevator on site, on a regular basis of every 30 days, we respect
our client, arrangements if they have any special requirement is terms of repair
and maintenance Schedule. Our client can call our 24 hour hotline for emergency
service. We provide a thorough inspection annually free of charge, and will
repair the elevator at the most favorable price if needed.

 AFTER THE QUALITY WARRANTY PERIOD IS DUE:

The replacement parts should ensure the consistent, sage and efficient operation
of the elevator, after signing the repair and maintenance contract, the spare parts
will be supplied to our client’s at most favorable price.

 TECHNICAL TRAINING:
We will send our maintenance specialists on site to train two members of
personnel free of charges for our clients.

 WARRANTY:
Defect Liability Period for this contract shall be 12 months after next day of
installation of all electrical & mechanical equipment’s/part. Further after
handing over of all units to client we shall remain responsible for 12 months free
service and maintenance of the installed equipment.
 VALIDITY OF OFFER:
 This offer is valid for a period of 15 days from the date of Submission.

 EXCLUSIONS:
 All civil works like cutting, chipping filling etc. for fixation of equipment.
 Single phase electricity during installation.
 Three phase electricity during commissioning & shaft lighting.
 Electrical DB, Circuit breaker and main cable in Machine room.
 Cost of Supply & fixation/dismantling of MS Scaffolding in elevator shaft.
 Cost of dividing H-Beams & accessories and its fixation in elevator shaft.
 Permanent Shaft Lightings inside machine room & shaft with a single
Phase supply socket in pit area along with 02 way switch in pit.
 Tools & Elevators Material Storage area with Lockable doors & it safety &
Security.

 INCLUSIONS:
 All manpower & tools required for supply, installation & testing of elevator.
 All coordination material for supply & transportation of material at site.

 INSTALLATION SCHEDULE:-
 Installation time of all elevators will be 90 days after completion of all
civil related works & handing over of shaft from client end.

 PRODUCT WARRANTY:-
 Warranty of all products is valid for a period of twelve (12) months after
Installation of equipment’s/materials.
 SUPPLY & INSTALLATION PRICE & CONDITION:-
The Total Sales Price for SANIA CORNER Gulzar-e-Hijri Project Karachi, Elevator
Material Amount is PKR. 11,610,000 & Local Works-Installation Amount is
PKR. 1,400,000. As per mentioned specifications and according to below
mentioned payment terms.
