PRODUCT SUPPORT
I. STANDARD WARRANTY:
We will have close contact with your project, where the equipments are used at all time
to provide quidance for proper operations and preventive maintenance. During the 12
months or 1500 hours warranty period, we will be responsible for the following service
jobs, free of cost to you:
a. Pre Delivery Warranty Service
We will commission and inspect the equipment as soon as they arrive in your job site, to
ensure that this equipment are in satisfactory conditions and ready for operation
b. 500 Hours Warranty Service
• Our factory trained technicians will visit your project site to do a through warranty
inspection to perform any necessary adjustment.
c. End of Warranty Service
As the equipment approach the End of Warranty Period, we will again inspect the
machine and make necessary adjustment.
 II. TRAININGS:
Upon arrival of the equipment in your job site, we will provide the
following trainings:
• Operators Training – to ensure proper operation of the equipment
• Mechanics Training – to ensure proper maintenance and repair

III. SERVICE FACILITIES:

We confirm that we have the full capacity to back-up all equipment supplied to your
company. We can also provide Service Contracts if you required.
