• Civil Work of the building is client’s responsibility as per manufacturer’s
 drawings.
• Provision of suitable locked space for storing of elevator equipmentand saving
equipment from rainfall and direct sunlight
• The Temperature of machine room area must be below 40 C ° .
• Access to Machine room, with illumination and proper ventilation.
• Arrangement and installation of Scaffolding in the shaft as per our instructions.

Suppliers Obligations:
• Supplying all elevator material
• Bear transporting expenses
• Bear fitting and commissioning expenses
• Bear after sale service material cost.

Mode of Payment for Elevator: Cash prices

• 50% Advance at the time of placing of order.
• 25% At the time when guide rails and doors will deliver.
• 20% At the time when cabin, Motor and other material will deliver at site.
• 5% At the time, when the elevator is handed over to the client for use.
