Our elevator design software is Dig Para (imported from Germany). During the production, we have PDM (Product Data Management ) system that is every project detail
will put into this project management system, and all department of SL have different access to this system to follow the project. Furthermore, even after 5-10 years, if there
is any quality feedback, we can easily track the project information with this system and offer quick, good response to our clients.
We offer 24hours/7days online after-service.
2. W e have English-speaking engineers can be sent to overseas projects for support installation work and clear problems.
3. Every year, we arranged back up engineer to some countries to visit clients offering installation& maintenance guide as well as clear problems.
