us for your monthly service.

ARTICLE-I: (CTE-OTIS) SCOPE OF WORK, PROCEDURE & IT’S
IMPLEMENTATION

1. CTE-OTIS SCOPE OF WORK:

Maintaining and servicing of all elevator(s)/escalator(s) in their full running


capacity. Concerning this issue, the specific works to be done are as follows:
✓ To make any minor or major adjustments of the machinery and improve its
efficiency.
✓ To keep the machine, motor and controller in its full capacity of work and function.
✓ To keep the hoist way equipment and entrances proper.
✓ To do proper calibration of all equipment.
✓ To conduct equipment survey annually.
✓ To provide all types of general consumables.

Each of the above jobs is to be furnished to the client on a periodical basis. The scope
of work as specified/schedule by CTE-OTIS, every month.

2. CTE-OTIS WORK SCHEDULE:

All work and services provided for in this agreement are to be performed by CTE-
OTIS,
✓ During normal working hours.
✓ On normal working days.

(In the presence of the client’s representative, or by the permission of the client).

3. CTE-OTIS PERIODIC WORK SCHEDULE PLAN

The above services shall be regulated along with specific housekeeping chart which we
have mentioned in the Annex I.

The detail of the work is in the Annex I Sheet No: (7-11)

ARTICLE-II: CTE-OTIS OTHERS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A. Off hours, public holidays and special festivals service charge:


1) Office hours – 9am to 6pm-No charges applicable

B. EMERGENCY MINOR ADJUSTMENT CALL BACK SERVICE:


We, Continental Trading Enterprises will provide emergency minor

adjustment CALL-BACK service. At no extra charge under this
Agreement and this CALL-BACK service will be extended 24
hours on normal working hour.

C. NEGLIGENCE OR MISUSE OF EQUIPMENT:


We, Continental Trading Enterprises will not incur any expenses, under
the terms of this Agreement, to make renewals or repairs, necessitated by
reason of negligence or misuse or any other cause beyond our control
except ordinary wear and tear. Cost of such renewals and repairs
necessitated by reason of negligence or cause will be charge to THE
COSTOMER as per actual basis.

D. Call Attend period


We, Continental Trading Enterprises will attend calls within 1 hrs
to 3 hrs (i.e this clause will not applicable on pandemic period or
environmental disasters or political barriers).

E. TAXES:
THE CUSTOMER shall pay, in addition to the Contract Price
Value Tax (VAT) also. Continental shall borne any other taxes
imposed by any existing of future law and the amount of any tax
imposed, after the date of this agreement which is based upon the
performance of the services rendered hereunder.

F. PRICE ADJUSTMENT:
The price given in this agreement will be firm for a mutual
agreement time period and subject to auto renewal by minimum 5%
or by mutual understanding of both the parties for every following
year.

G. OTHERS:
We, Continental Trading Enterprises, shall not be liable for any loss, damage
or delay due to any cause beyond their reasonable control including, but not
limited to acts of government, strikes, lockouts, fire, explosion, theft, floods,
riot, civil commotion, war, malicious mischief or act of God. Under no
circumstances shall we be liable for consequential damages.
