Taxes and Duties:

The above prices are inclusive of all applicable Taxes GST@18% at the prevailing rates. Any additional liability due to increase
in rates due to changes imposed by the competent authorities would be payable by you at actual.

All other civil / electrical related works as mentioned in the terms & conditions of the contract will come under the scope of the
builder. Please be informed that our price excludes below works:-

 Minor Civil Works required for elevator installation

 Architrave or elevator entrance civil work
 Extra Steel if required suiting the site conditions.
 Complete Construction of Lift Well and Head room as per KONE requirement .
 Plaster Finish in Lift Well
 Pit Construction and Water Proofing as per KONE requirement
 Landing Entrance Work on each Landing as per KONE requirement
 Minor Builder work such as pocket cutting, Repairing, Drilling in concrete wall
 Construction of RCC Buffer blocks in Pit
 Wooden template Rafter as per KONE requirement
 Floor Level Marking on each floor
 Wooden scaffolding as per our requirement for elevator Installation..
 Whitewash in Lift well
 Exhaust Window with louvers for proper Lighting and ventilation in Head room
 Lift Erection Permission & License
 Load Hook as per Kone GA drawings in Headroom Slab
 Load Hooks to be provided in steel Channels incase if head room slab casted before submission of GAD OR for cases
with HR height more than 4500 mm.

PAYMENT TERMS :

10 % of contract value as interest free advance along with the work order or contract
80 % of contract values as material advance payment on pro-rata basis.
10 % on commissioning & handing over of the lift on pro-rata basis.

WARRANTY:

18 Months from the date of supply of materials / 12 months from the date of handing over of the lift whichever is earlier.

DELIVERY & ERECTION:

We will submit our GAD within one(1) weeks from the date of receipt of complete site details along with the order & advance
payment

We will deliver the materials for the subject project by the end of Four(4) Weeks from the date of receipt of approved General
Arrangement Drawings (GAD), site readiness as per our ‘CHECK LIST’ & payment terms complied with, whichever is later &
force majeure conditions on pro-rata basis.

On compliance of the above, we will complete the elevator installation & commissioning by the end of Six (06) Weeks on pro-
rata basis.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT FOR MATERIAL DELIVERY:

Providing a safe suitable lockable storage room for materials at ground floor by customer.

WORK:

Customer Scope of work (before start of Installation) is as mentioned in Page No. 5 & 7 under clause 1, 2 & 4 respectively of
Terms & Conditions of Contract in the referred proposal.

We have our Service Office at the following address where we have established a full-fledged service depot manned by skilled
and experienced service personnel and supported by adequate stock of spares and tools to render efficient after-sales services.

CHECK LIST POINTS TO BE COMPLETED BEFORE MATERIAL SUPPLY AT BUILDER COST

 Lift Pit Filling to the required depth of (1600 mm from the finished floor level (FFL).
 Water Proofing inside the Pit to be done.
 Lift Shaft should be cleaned to match our General Arrangement Drawing (GAD) with clear plumb level.
 Lift Shaft White washing to be done.
 Bulkhead fittings (Iron Casing) with 3-pin socket & on -off switch should be provided.
 Wooden scaffolding as per our requirement.
 Template to be provided as per our drawings
 Safe Lockable storeroom of approx. 40 sq. mt. for exclusive elevator materials (each elevator), well protected from
water entry /seepage, in the ground floor & close to the shaft.
 Load Hook /steel channels to be provided in the Head Room.
 3-phase panel (32 Amps with MCB) power supply should be available to the last floor landing
 Single phase (5 Amps) power supply - 0ne for shaft lighting & one for lift car (fan, light) should be available.
 5Amps 3 pin-socket for the inverter to be provided.
 Exhaust window to be provided in the Head room as per GA drawings.
 Double Earthing in the lift shaft with bus bar to be provided.
 Entrance Safety barricades to be provided at all floors as per our drawings.

PARALLEL WORK TO BE DONE BY THE BUILDER DURING OUR INSTALLATION AT BUILDER COST

 Pocket Cutting to be done after our shaft marking (wherever necessary)

 Grouting & packing to be done.
 Buffer block to be constructed.
 Front wall, flooring & architrave to be done.
 White washing to be done inside the lift shaft.
 Maintenance Access Panel fixing to be done in last landing front wall.

For any other details such as front wall, Lintel etc. Please refer the General Arrangement Drawing (GAD) which will be
given in due date.
