Battery operated emergency lowering Device:

Battery operated emergency lowering Device is a standard feature in every lift.You can descend from
inside the lift and come out when there is a power failure. Possible to run the lift to nearest lower level
from the platform.Executed when pressing a destination button. The UPS system ensures that batteries
are not damaged and there is enough power so that you can run the lift in case of power outage.
It ensures that the lift is turned off when the power of the batteries reaches a predefined low level.

Extra Soft start and stop:

It provides a smooth start and stop of the lift.It comes as a standard feature for all the lifts of our
series.
Safety:
All lifts from our series are certified by third party. Design For Safety is our DNA.
Electronics is certified by third party with an high degree of Safety Integration (SIL3).
Over-speed safety device always separated from the main drive system.Load weighting

the contract price has been determined after due consideration of the applicable taxes
as on the relevant date (including but not limited to GST) on input side as well as
on output side along with the available benefit of input tax credit as per the law.

The price/s quoted herein is/are exclusive of all taxes,as currently applicable, whetherlevied
by the Central Government or the State Government. In the event of any amendmentvariation in
the rate or methodology for charging the applicable taxes,and/or, should be anynew levies
(including but not limited to GST) imposed in respect of this contract,the entireburden of
any additional levy shall be borne and payable by you on demand at any time,in addition
to the price/s stated herein.

Warranty and Maintenance:

TK Elevators comes with 10 Year warranty against any manufacturing defect .We also Provide
1 year free service from the date of installation or 60 days from the date of delivery, whichever is earlier.

For 2nd to 10th year, AMC 2.5% of the Basic Cost : Routine maintenance service will be carried
out and complaints will be attended.

We will provide 2 routine services during the one year Free of Charge.
From 11th year onwards there will be option for Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)
Comprehensive AMC 5% of the Basic Cost: Routine maintenance service and Complaints will be
attended wherein the parts are also covered.
Non-comprehensive AMC 2.5% of the Basic Cost: Routine maintenance service will be carried
out and complaints will be attended, but any part that needs replacement will be charged.
