JUSTIFICATION

This is to certify and justify that Ms. Maria Theresa B. Ignacio, Master Teacher II, of
Timoteo Paez Integrated School (HS), is rightfully granted an Outstanding Performance
Rating of 4.638 for School Year 2024- 2025, based on verified and approved Means of
Verification (MOVs) and consistent with the RPMS-PPST indicators for Highly Proficient
Teachers and the PMES 2025.

Her performance was carefully reviewed and validated by the School IPCRF Committee,
Performance Management Team (PMT), and endorsed by the Office of the Principal, Ms.
Maria Teresa A. Custodio. Her classroom observation exemplify her strong instructional
delivery and leadership in teaching.

I. DOMAIN 1: Content Knowledge and Pedagogy

1. Modeled effective applications of content knowledge within and across


curriculum teaching areas (PPST 1.1.3): Demonstrated Level 7 proficiency,
showing mastery of subject matter and integration across learning areas. Lessons
were relevant, interdisciplinary, and highly engaging.

II. DOMAIN 2: Content Knowledge and Pedagogy and Learning Environment

2. Collaborated with colleagues in the conduct and application of research to enrich


knowledge of content and pedagogy (PPST 1.2.3): Guided colleagues in applying
educational research to practice, as evidenced by reflective coaching logs, lesson
enhancements and LAC documentation.
3. Promoted effective strategies in the positive use of ICT to facilitate the teaching
and learning process. (PPST 1.3.3): Achieved Level 7, maximizing technology to
create interactive, meaningful, and learner-centered experiences including digital
assessments and project-based outputs.
4. Evaluated with colleagues the effectiveness of teaching strategies that promote
learner achievement in literacy and numeracy (PPST 1.4.3): Scored Level 8, using
differentiated strategies and interventions to improve performance in literacy and
numeracy, while mentoring other teachers on effective practices.
5. Displayed a wide range of effective verbal and non-verbal classroom
communication strategies to support learner understanding, participation,
engagement and achievement (PPST 1.7.3): Modeled dynamic verbal and non-
verbal techniques to support understanding and engagement, earning commendations
during observations and peer reflections.

6. Worked with colleagues to share successful strategies that sustain supportive


learning environments that nurture and inspire learners to participate,
cooperate and collaborate in continued learning (PPST 2.4.3): Fostered a learning
space where all students feel safe, respected, and encouraged to collaborate,
participate, and express themselves.
7. Modeled successful strategies and supported colleagues in promoting learning
environments that effectively motivate learners to work productively by
assuming responsibility for their own learning (PPST 2.5.3): Designed learning
experiences that nurtured independence, goal-setting, and reflective habits among
students.

III. DOMAIN 3: Diversity of Learners and Curriculum and Planning

8. Assisted colleagues to design, adapt and implement teaching strategies that are
responsive to learners with disabilities, giftedness and talents (PPST 3.3.3):
Mentored teachers in designing responsive instruction for learners with special needs,
talents, and multiple intelligences.
9. Evaluated with colleagues teaching strategies that are responsive to the special
educational needs of learners in difficult circumstances, including: geographic
isolation; chronic illness; displacement due to armed conflict, urban resettlement
or disasters; child abuse and child labor practices (PPST 3.4.3): Co-led initiatives
to identify, support and adjust instruction for students facing displacement, trauma, or
illness.
10. Worked collaboratively with colleagues to evaluate the design of learning
programs that develop the knowledge and skills of learners at different ability
levels. (PPST 4.3.3): Facilitated the co-creation of responsive programs that
developed critical thinking, creativity, and multi- level engagement among learners.

IV. DOMAIN 4: Community Linkages and Professional Engagement

11. Reflected on and evaluated learning environments that are responsive to


community contexts. (PPST 6.1.3): Collaborated with stakeholders in adapting
school activities like wellness programs and outreach projects to reflect the needs of
the community.
12. Discussed with colleagues teaching and learning practices that apply existing
coded, laws and regulations that apply to the teaching profession, and the
responsibilities specified in the Code of Ethics for Professional Teachers (PPST
6.3.3): Facilitated LAC discussions on Deped Orders, child protection policies, and
professional ethics, helping colleagues internalize their professional responsibilities.

and other stakeholders. (PPST 6.4.3): Actively participated in planning and
implementing school procedures and was instrumental in maintaining school-home
partnership.

V. DOMAIN 5: Personal Growth and Professional Development

14. Identified and utilized personal professional strengths to uphold the dignity of
teaching as a profession to help build a positive teaching and learning culture
within the school (PPST 7.2.3): Modeled professionalism, compassion, and
integrity. Feedback from both students and collegaues reflect her role in uplifting the
image of educators.

VII. OUTSTANDING ROLES AND SERVICE BEYOND THE CLASSROOM

In addition to fulfilling his duties as a classroom teacher, Ms. Ignacio has actively
participated and led in the following capacities:

Ms. Maria Theresa B. Ignacio, through her consistent demonstration of instructional

teacher, mentor, adviser, and school leader contributes to the continued success of T. Paez
