Subject: Request for Computer Laboratory Equipment

Dear Sir,

I hope this letter finds you well.

I am writing to formally request computer components for our computer laboratory to ensure
smooth and efficient operation for both teaching and practical activities. After assessing the
current condition of the lab equipment, we have identified a need for the following items:

 20 pcs - Solid State Drives (SSD)

 20 pcs - DDR3 RAM modules
 30 pcs - Power cords for desktop units
 30 pcs - Keyboards
 30 pcs – Mouse
These components need to be replaced and the existing computers in the laboratory, many of
which are currently underperforming due to hardware limitations or missing accessories.
Furthermore, many of our current computer systems, originally purchased in 2019.

Additionally, replacing missing or faulty peripherals such as keyboards, mice, and power
cords will ensure that all units are fully operational and accessible to students. These
improvements will create a more reliable and conducive learning environment, enabling our
students to develop practical ICT skills that are aligned with current industry standards.

I respectfully request that this matter be given due consideration and hope for your kind
support in providing the necessary equipment at your earliest convenience.

Thank you for your attention and continued support.

Respectfully yours,

Manuel T. Abarquez Jr.
