GENERAL NOTES
1 The contractor is responsible to optain civil
defense approval for the fire fighting systems
for the hospital.
2 The contractor is responsible to submit Work
Shop Drawings for approval before starting
the installation.
3 The contractor is responsible to submit all
material data sheets and catalougs for
approval before starting the installation.
4 The contractor is responsible to submit
hydorluic calculation for all fire fighting
systems in the hospital for approval before
starting the installation.
5 All fire fighting materials should be UL listedn
FM approved.
6 All fire fighting works should be according to
NFPA and Civil Defense Departement
2 PIPING AND FITTING MATERIALS:
Supplying, installing, connecting and
testing of Seamless carbon black steel fire
protection piping system complete,
including pipe fittings, supports, hangers,
pressure gauges, sleeves, inserts, painting
and all required couplings and adapters all
as per ASTM A-53 schedule 40, all as
specified and as shown on drawings.
