The World Of Twisted Powers Zerik chapter 3: visions

The sun set down its rays of warmth and sunlight.in the middle of a deserted-looking neighborhood stood Zack. The sky was cloudy, a beam of light escaped to Zack. The air smelled of sweet jasmine, Zack was relaxed; he kept inhaling that sweet aroma. The foggy air started to clear up. In front of Zacks eyes stood a tattered, hazel-brown house, the paint was worn off. There was a rather big attic with a big circular window. Pieces of bricks have fallen from the roof onto the front yard. The grass had the color of yellowish- green. The yard was surrounded by bushes, with a lot of roses, most of them were dead. Zack was getting impatient. Hurry up Trevor, Bellowed Zack You know the consequences of being late to gym! A rather big head popped out of the window peering through it, Trevor replied Hold on Z Im coming down Trevor was an inch taller than Zack. He was fifteen; Zack was turning fifteen the following day. His hair was a dark shade of brown. He was as pale as a vampire; it always amused Zack when he thought of that. Trevor and Zack swiftly walked towards school. Streets were deserted at this time; the only people seen were students and teachers, as well as Zack and Trevor.

Trevor was thinking about the geography exam, stressing himself. Zack was troubled by a different issue, his dream; ten times a month was too much. Zack tried to digress from the subject until they arrive.

The tall orange building was in sight. The gloomy setting never failed to leave Zack forlorn. This time something varied, drowsiness accompanied being forlorn.

Zack was always looking up to school, he loved challenging himself in so many ways, and he was attracted to knowledge. To no avail, the only challenges he faced since the beginning of school were his dreams. Everything else was the same. As they headed for gym, Zack was panic-struck, it was 8:15. 15 minutes late? He thought, I have a feeling Coach Ruth isnt going to be happy. Trevor! Zack cried as he showed him the time. They both looked at each other with panic. They zipped towards the gym were Coach Ruth look at them disgustingly, like a mangy-dog.

Coach Ruth was a big, bulky, and African-American. He had a black, curly mullet, and a walrus moustache. What took you so long? he bellowed with furious eyes, 5 pushups for each minute! They both looked at him with horror as they realized it was 75 pushups. They both departed from the gym, with gloomy face. Trevor broke the silence exclaiming that wasnt cool, dude Its not my fault you were late! replied Zack I still cant breathe well! I didnt break a sweat; at least we were done at 50 Zacks words were true; his face didnt show any signs of fatigue. He was relaxed, but suddenly his face was tense again as he recalled the dream. Trevor mustve noticed the change because he exclaimed whats up? I had that dream again; Ive been meaning to tell you now again? Trevor asked, dumbstruck its the tenth time, isnt it? Well, yeah, but it was different this time, Zack gave a serious look I felt the pain and it felt more vivid. Not only that but I also felt some elses

presence he wasThe bell rang loudly interrupting them as they hurried towards Geography class. Zack and Trevor both took their seats as a swarm of teens entered through the doorway. Then, the geography teacher, Mr. Petrelli entered. Settle down please, He cried settle down. The constant murmuring stopped and Mr. Petrelli started handing out the quiz papers. Trevor looked with beady eyes hoping the quiz wouldnt be hard. Zack couldn't concentrate; the dream echoed in his head.

A sudden jolt of pain plunged into Zacks brain. Everything was dimming, his surroundings were turning red. A vortex was sucking all his surroundings. Zack suddenly closed his eyes, concentrating on repelling the vortex; it was as if he was being sucked into a bloody-red wormhole. The moment he opened his eyes he was floating in a crimson-red vacuum. He found himself asking am I dead, is it a black hole, or is it a just a void? The crimson surroundings were shattered as he floated there in the void. With no alternative, he tried closing his eyes again. There was a howling sound echoing in his ears. There was a sudden flash, the void was wiped out.

He opened his eyes and gasped, he was in the dream, but something seemed different. Was it the fact that he looked at himself through someone elses eyes, was it the fact that the so-called pack were now standing on two legs, or was it the fact that a werewolf was prancing at him?
