“We Will Build It for You” Requirements & Details
Your Tasks (Required for Implementation and Setup)
1. Download & Save Worksheets. Within two business days of placing your order you will receive a “Welcome to PrintJobManager”
email that contains important information to help the setup of your system go smoothly. Please download and save the email's
attached worksheet documents for use during the initial consultation and implementation process.
2. Submit a Support Ticket. Open a Support Ticket at [Link] requesting a date and time for your required 1 hr.
pre-implementation online meeting and consultation. Please include a suggested day and time for the meeting.
3. Meet & Consult. We will confirm the meeting time and details for the one hour consultation within 1-2 business days. We will use
your input from the meeting to quickly configure and personalize the blank system for your business.
4. Return Completed Worksheets within 1 Week. The free setup starts after we have received both your completed
“PrintJobManager New Account Advance Prep” and the “PrintJobManager Equipment and Labor” worksheets. To get your system
setup as quickly as possible and with minimum delay, we request the completed worksheets be returned to us within one week (or
sooner) of the consultation meeting above. Billing starts month one regardless of when you return the worksheets.
5. Review & Approve Data Accuracy. It is important the data you supply to us is accurate. Before we update your system with
critical data, we will email you a request to review and approve it. Good time for a "Data Spring Cleaning"!!!
6. Attend Online Training. One or more of your team members must participate in the PrintJobManager online training.
