Employee/Non-Employee for not vacating Govt.Quarter -

With reference to the above I submit that the pointwise reply on the
above subject as follows:
1.The quarter No.D/232 was allotted to Sri T.Ratnakumar,Driver, Pottisreeramulu
telugu university based on the recommendation of Dean,P.S.Telugu University
vide Executive Engineer, C&B Division proc No.2909M Dt:25.10.1989 and
occupied the quarter on the Dt.13.12.1989.
2. Sri T.Ratnakumar,Driver was suppose to handover the quarter No.D/232 to
water Resources Department while transfer/deputation to Hyderabad.
3. Without residing in the quarter No.D/232 and not handing over to the Water
Resources Department about 20 years (approximately) Sri T.Ratna kumar has
damaged the quarter and not giving the opportunity to the needy employees for
residence.
In order to vacate the unauthorized occupants/persons the department
usually issue the process of serving notices to submit/provide to prove their
authority in residing that quarter. As a matter of process department have issued
following notices to Sri D.Ratna kumar, D/232 quarter but with no response.
4. First Notice was issued vide DEE/C&B.1/NSRSSP/96M/Dt.12.05.2023.
5. Second Notice was issued vide DEE/C&B.1/NSRSSP/127M/Dt.19.05.2023.
6. Final Notice was issued vide DEE/C&B.1/NSRSSP/158M/Dt.26.05.2023.
Hence in view of above statements the Quarter No.D/232 was allotted to
Sri Eliya, BPL card holder and resident of Sunnipenta for his residence duly
following Panchanama in presence of MRO and SI on 03.06.2023.
Further I Submit that Ac.208.74 cents along with Structures (Quarters)
on “as is where is” basis were handed over to Panchayath Secretary, Sundipenta
Gram Panchayath on 03.08.2023 as per GO Ms No.40 Water Resources (LA)
Department,Dt:11.05.2023. As such the Gram Panchayathi, Sunnipenta is the
concerned Authority to looking after this matter.
