IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL FRESH STUDENTS:
1. Please ensure that Ajayi Crowther University is your institution of first choice. Otherwise,
you have to go to the JAMB admission portal (CAPS) and change your institution and choice
of course to what is offered by the University, before you accept this offer of provisional
admission.
2. Upon resumption of studies, you are to present the following documents (Original and 5
photocopies of Items):
a. O’ Level Result(s)
b. JAMB Result
c. JAMB Admission Letter
d. Ajayi Crowther University Notification of Provisional Admission
e. Duly completed Ajayi Crowther University Application Form
f. Affidavit from the Court on non-membership of any cult or secret society
g. Birth Certificate
h. National Identification Number (NIN) Slip
i. Attestation from Parent/Guardian; Clergy and reputable persons on your good conduct
j. Ten (10) Passport photographs and
k. Evidence of Payment of Tuition Fees, Hostel Fees and other payment

Step by Step Guide to print Jamb Admission Letter
1. Complete CHANGE OF INSTITUTION PROCESS AT JAMB OFFICE if you did
not make Ajayi Crowther University your first choice of Institution initially. If you already
did, please ignore this stage.
2. Upload your required O’Level Results at JAMB office. If you have already done
so, please ignore this step.
3. Login to your CAPS account on JAMB site @facility.jamb.gov.ng/login.
4. Click Check Admission Status.
5. Accept offer of Admission through biometrics or sending “ACCEPT’’ to 55019 or 66019 not
later than four(4) weeks of approval of admission.
6. Print JAMB Admission Letter.

MEDICAL SCREENING OF FRESH STUDENTS FOR 2025/2026 ADMISSION
EXERCISE
All newly admitted students for 2025/2026 Academic Session are to note the following on
laboratory investigations and immunization required for Students’ medical screening.
1. UNIVERSITY SCREENING
The following medical screening must be done at the University Health Centre upon the
payment of Fifteen Thousand Naira (N15,000.00) only on ACU Payment Portal.
i. Digital Chest Xray
ii. Full blood count
iii. Urinalysis
iv. Stool microscopy
vi. Blood group
vii. Genotype
viii. HBsAg
ix. HCV
x. Fasting Blood Sugar
xi. Viral load test 3
2. OTHERS
a. All dental and visual challenges should be addressed fully from home, i.e. appropriate
dental treatment/extraction, correction of refractive errors with recommended glasses,
should be effected before resumption.
b. Any student who has any form of medical challenges or ailments should notify the Health
Centre by presenting appropriate medical report during registration.
c. Parents are enjoined to give full disclosure of the medical status of their children so that the
Health Centre can better serve them.

INFORMATION TO PARENTS AND STUDENTS
The University Management has directed that the following information in relation to the
2025/2026 academic session should be brought to the attention of Parents, Sponsors and Students.
1. Fresh students shall arrive on campus for the 2025/2026 academic session on Sunday, 14th
September, 2025, while returning students shall resume by Sunday, 5th October, 2025.
2. All students shall undergo drug tests to ascertain their eligibility for campus residence. It is
important for all new and returning students to undergo laboratory investigations at the University
Health Centre to verify their medical fitness/status.
3. It is compulsory for all students to register at the University Health Centre. Students who
have any form of medical challenge(s) or ailment(s) should inform the University Health
Centre in respect of their medical history.
Parents are enjoined to give full disclosure of the medical status of their children so that the Health
Centre can better serve them, and prepare for emergencies, if the need arises.
4. Returning Students are strongly advised to arrive on campus, not later than 6.00 p.m. on
any given day. Defaulters of this resumption order will be sanctioned appropriately.
5. In line with the financial regulations of the University, all students MUST present the
evidence of full fees payment, or the payment of first installment of fees (i.e., 50% of tuition
and hostel charges) before admission into the campus and University hostel. Please check the

6. Lectures will start as scheduled in the academic calendar, and 75% of lecture attendance
by students will be enforced as an eligibility criterion to sit the semester examinations.
7. The dress code policy of the University which emphasizes decent dressing and grooming
shall be enforced. The University has zero tolerance for wearing of the following:
i. Beards,
ii. Ear rings for boys
iii. Long hairstyles for girls
iv. Rasta hairstyles
v. Weaving of hair for boys, among others.
8. The University forbids examination malpractices. Sanctions shall be imposed on violators
as stipulated in the Student’s Handbook of Information and Regulations. All students are
enjoined to familiarize themselves with the provisions of the Student’s Handbook.
9. It is the responsibility of the students to carefully ensure the safety of their property in the
hostels as the University will not be liable for any loss. Interested students can register their
phones and laptops with the ICT Department for tracking on campus.
10. Attendance at all Chaplaincy activities is very compulsory. Absenteeism in this regard
also attracts stiff penalties.

11. The University will not tolerate bullying, gangsterism, jungle justice, or fighting among
students. Students are expected to report all cases of infraction and misunderstanding to staff
for proper intervention. No one should take laws into their hands.
➢ It is our expectations that students will come prepared for studies and display good
conducts in the new academic session. The University will continue to improve on its
facilities to provide a conducive learning environment for all students.
