Subject: Request for assistance regarding unresolved billing dispute
I am writing to seek your assistance in resolving a billing dispute i have been facing with
Springfield utilities. Despite my effort to address the matter directly with the company, I have
been unable to reach satisfactory resolution.
On august 15,2023, i received a utility bill of 450which was significantly higher than my average
monthly bill of 150. I immediately contacted Springfield utilities to inquire about the
discrepancy and was informed that bill was correct. However, i believe there was an error in bill
meter or calculation .
I escalated the issue to the supervisor on 20 August 2023 and submitted a written complaint on
25 August 2023 along with copies of my previous bills for comparison. Despite these efforts i
have-not received response from Springfield utilities
I believe this matter falls within your jurisdiction and kindly request your intervention to help
resolve it fairly. I have attached copies of the relevant documents, including my bill statements,
correspondence with Springfield utilities, and my written complaints, for your reference
I would greatly appreciate your guidance and assistance in this matter . Please let me know if
you require and additional documentation from my side .
