MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

 Minimum Seven people are required to start Establish Society and

Maximum 15 members.
 Provisional Committee should be formed and chief promoter should
be elected.
 Name for the society has to be selected.
 Resolution and Minutes of meeting for formation of society.

FOR ALL DIRECTORS

 Copy of Pan Card (All members)

 Passport Size Photograph (All members)
 Adhar Card (All members)
 List of Executive Committee (Including : Age, Occupation,
Address)

FOR REGISTERED OFFICE OF THE COMPANY

 Latest Electricity Bill or Any Utility Bill

 NOC from the person whose name is coming on the bill

REGISTRATION INCLUDES

 Copy of By-Laws (English or Marathi)

 Registration Certificate
 Minutes of meeting (If not aware about how to prepare.)
 Affidavit on Rs. 100/- Stamp Paper.
 Any other documentation at the relevant time of
registration.
