Please attach a copy of authorised representatives photograph, NRIC and Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) including Directors information upon submission of the application form. 3. Members with multiple companies will be categorized as main member and related companies will be categorised as Subsequent Outlet members. 4. Members must have a main membership to qualify under the Subsequent Outlet category, and must be related and recommended by the main Company (Excluding tenants). 5. All members are bound by the Constitution of Lisha. 6. All members must declare if they are any member of any associations. 7. Associate members (Organisations/individual who do not own a property or have a place of business, office or other premises in Little India) have no voting right. 8. Approval of membership will take a minimum of 30 working days. 9. The Association is not required to give any reason for rejected applicants. 10. Membership fee is non-refundable. 11.
