We have visited Dupont Pakistan Operation (pvt) Limited to know how it makes selection process to select the employees. They gave us the data which is relevant to the process of selection of their organization. The data, we interviewed from the HR relevancies of this organization, is given as:

INITIAL SCREENING

Initial screening characterizes to filter the potential candidates. This organization attracts a large pool of potential candidates by advertising. It screens the candidates relevant to qualification. The criteria for supervisor are M.sc (Agriculture). If any candidate applies with B.sc (Agriculture), he or she will be eliminated.

EMPLOYMENT TEST

This organization conducts technical tests related to relevant field, can be agriculture, pest management, land management and etc.Thay ask questions about general knowledge and current affairs.Thay also conduct technical presentations and technical tests. After passing tests, they interviewed the candidates shortly by technical personals, supervisor and national sales manager.

COMPREHENSIVE INTERVIEW
They take interview which comparatively take more time than initial interview conduct in employment test. It takes approximately 30 to 45 minutes. The interview panel consists of 4 persons. The 3 persons related to top level and 1 to middle level management. They ask following kinds of questions:

CONDITIONAL JOB OFFERS


There are also some kinds of golden opportunities regarding to job. Probation time is given to the contract based employees. They are given approximately 3 months with target related to their job.
