Status or Meeting Minute Reports 1st group work:8th march 2012 the group sat for 1st group

discussion in Mini Library around 3.30 P.M. The group 1st decided the group name i.e. The Druk Trash Fighter, and then directly jumped into listing down each and every members special attributes, resources or skills and also weaknesses where it took more time in discussion because most of the members were unaware of their own strengths and weaknesses. The group then decided the Vision and mission of the group and then discussed for the set of operational rules that will guide members behavior and sanctions if violated. Those rules have been very helpful for this group as it has clearly mentioned the meeting days and consequences if missed the meeting and all. The members then started showing their creative ideas for the logo of the group where this logo has come up with combination of all members creative ideas. Lastly the group discussed the problems faced by Gedu community related to trash. The group has mentioned few main points why Gedu face such problems and also stated the reason why such problem arises. The group then discussed few questions to be asked to Mr. Doc David and the final work to type all these listed ideas and to submit was taken by one of the member and the group discussion for the 1st group work came to an end at around 6.15 P.M same day. 3rd group work:12th April 2012 the group received the 3rd group work which was to prepare the Collage and also answer few questions based on the collage. On the same day the group called up for short meeting in order to assign a small work to one or two member to find out how Gedu looked 20 years ago from some of the old locality peoples. On 13th April as stated in the operational rules of the group i.e. to meet every Friday for group discussion at 2.30 P.M. The group was not fully set with all the materials like pictures, charts, colors and etc, so before deciding what to add on the collage the group discussed all those 5 questions and after that only the group discussed what should be included in the charts to make the collage attractive and meaningful. The collage preparation was one of the hard tasks for the less creative fellows like us where the group had tough time discussing how to prepare the collage. First the group discussed about how Gedu looked 20 years ago where as this task was already assigned to Mr. Kinley Rabgay to find out from the old localities of Gedu, where first part took only few minutes to discus. The group discussed for the

present situation of Gedu where it also took only few minutes to discus as it was already seen in front of every bodies eyes. The group discussed about collecting pictures for the present situation and this task was taken over by Ms. Kinley Peldon and finally for that day the group discussed about what to include in collage that how Gedu looked 5 years from now and this discussion took more time compared to other two as the group had to use their imaginative power to visualize the future. After around 45 minutes of discussion for the future. The group finally assigned every member to collect resources required for the collage and the discussion for 13 April ended at around 6 P.M. 14th April the group gathered for the 3rd time meeting for the same 3rd group work at 2.30 P.M in Mini Library and that day all the members were fully focused on preparation of collage where some of them were busy cutting pictures, some were busy painting in the chart and some were busy using their creative idea and sticking pictures in the chart. Finally around 5 P.M the group completed the preparation of collage and happily left the discussion room with great relief. 17 th April the group displayed the collage along with all other groups.
