related servers

ToS: https://discordapp.com/terms.
CG: https://discordapp.com/guidelines
Game Rules

1. Attacking or interfering with obvious Admin work is not

allowed
2. Exploiting is not tolerated
3. Do not bypass game mechanics
4. Abusing glitches and bugs is not allowed
5. Do not spawn kill or spawn camp which includes forcefield
camping

13. Do not attack someone who says they are bugged, if they
are found to be lying then they will be punished
14. Combat logging in a wipe situation is a wipe regardless
15. Lore player = Anbu, Advisor, Jin, Kage, Weapon user
Additional Information and Rules

1. Disconnecting in a permadeath situation is nonrestorable, unless you can

prove it was not on your end via taskbar shown, discord audio, full clip,
etc. Singular screenshots will not be taken into account. Factors will be
considered such as whether you were in combat, partaking in a fight,
losing a fight, or whether you were in a situation where you would have
been wiped / lost regardless.

2. If you are a lore / important character (Kage / Advisor / Jin / Anbu /
Village Weapon Wielder / Sound / Actor) then you can not be a lore /
important character in another slot.

3. LRs (Low Ranks) on missions using that opportunity to go outside and
attack others under “protection” do not exist. If you are attacked by an
LR in a mission then you may retaliate. - Baiting hits is not allowed.

4. You are not allowed to remain in a village discord if you have been wiped
or an alliance has broken, unless you have been given permission by the
Kage or Advisor to remain in their server.

5. Logging as an Anbu / Jin while knocked down or losing a fight is not
allowed.

6. Kages can not be gripped with auto execute moves in PDs. Additionally,
wipe on grip characters, such as the akatsuki can not be auto executed too.

7. “3 day” bans or such will be considered in hours, so 72 hours. For

example: A 1 day grace given at 6:30pm GMT 19/10/23 will end exactly 24
hours later at 6:30pm GMT the next day, 20/10/23.

8. If Grace is applied to a player then they can not be wiped, unless attending
a PD

9. All clips submitted as proof must be 30 seconds or longer, the clip must
showcase the entire situation. Clips where it shows 5 seconds of the
problem and the next 25 seconds you at your village spawn will not be
taken into account. Take multiple clips if needs be, the longer and more
proof available the better.

10. Logging near the chinoike district and logging while being pencilled /
another player is holding out a pencil is punishable.

11. All proof used in tickets must be full clips 30 seconds or longer.
Screenshots will only be taken into account for certain situations, do not be
surprised if your ticket is denied if you fail to provide sufficient evidence

12. Kages can not spoon Dojutsu unless it is tier 1, if you spoon a tier 2 or 3
Dojutsu before you become a kage, it will be reset to tier 1 Example:
Sharingan = tier 1, Mangekyo = tier 2, Eternal = tier 3.

13. Jins can not have tier 2 or 3 Dojutsu, when becoming a Jin it will be reset
to tier 1

14. Infinitely Holding someone is against the rules. If someone sends a clip
that is 2 minutes long they may get you striked.

15.You can not log or jump into the void if a scoop/pencil has been shown
clearly to you

16.You can not scoop / pencil during queues nor third party a queue with the
intention of scooping / pencilling a player

17. MR and HR Queue are allowed to be third partied, LR Queue is not

18.Do not hide in unreachable areas during PD, Anbu Hunts or Jin Trainings.
This does not include kamui dimension.

19.Hiding in forcefield during a PD situation is wipeable.

20.RILES LAW: Do not use bee summon to a unreachable distance in a PD

situation, you cannot use BEE SUMMON AT ALL during anbu hunts.
(ABOVE TREE LINE) (ONLY APPLIES TO LORE PLAYERS)

21. Do not Jin Train or farm any form of clan progression while in the Kamui
Dimension
22. Some builds are unobtainable but can bug and allow the player to buy
them. If you are caught with such builds you will be SPR’d by an admin.
Tai locks at Primary Lotus and Med locks at Medical 3. You may purchase
any skill before these and use them with any build. Trying to bypass any
tree lock will result in a forced SPR.

23.Upon stealing a weapon, the player receiving the weapon will receive the
choice to keep it or return it to their village.

24.Kages can remove/give weapons of their own. For Example: The Hokage
may remove somebody’s gunbai IN THE LEAF VILLAGE as long as it
was given to them by hokage or the previous hokage. However, if someone
in his village has a stolen weapon like Shibuki it’s theirs and he could not
remove it.

25. Modestacking is when two modes which apply the same buff are stacked.
Such as m1 buff + m1 buff, defence buff + defence buff. Speed buffs are
allowed to be used with anything. For example, Kenjutsu Mode ‘searing
release’ does not buff anything other than speed, you may use this mode
with other modes.

26.If you combat log within the reaper death seal animation, you are wiped.

27. Strikes can only be appealed within 48 hours of the strike

28. Kages CANNOT purchase a restore from the spirit realm OR use
redemption key artifact. If purchased or the artifact used, their rank and
data will be restored but they will no longer be kage. Jins may also
purchase/use redemption key artifact, however they would lose their tailed
beast as it would go to the wild or whomever sealed it, but their character
will be restored. The same goes for lore weapon holders. Purchasing a
restore/using the artifact will have you restored, but you will lose the lore
item. Ronins also can purchase a restore or use redemption keys but their
rogue org will be disbanded and they will lose the lore role.

29. There is a 14 day CD on jin transferring

30.All new kages will receive a 48 hour grace, they may not wipe anybody or
be wiped themselves. Participating in a PD will void the grace temporarily
for the duration of the PD. Kages may request to be taken off grace.

31. You cannot hold someone for a prolonged amount of time if you intend on
sacrificing them in the pit. You cannot run around doing nothing whilst
forcing them not to log.

32.If a player claims they are bugged, you must clip this for administrative
action to be held. If the player in question does not provide a clip of their
perspective, the benefit of the doubt will be given to the player providing a
clip and the target punished accordingly. Punishments will be based upon
what the attacker has lost / a strike.

33.Villages can not transfer weapons / jins to another village / rogue org if it is
not in the best interest of the village to do so. Admins will view this from
the perspective of a rational Kage.

34.Cross teaming is NOT a strikeable offence. Eg. If a cloud and a sand, who
aren’t allied are to team up to kill a leaf. Kages and other lore characters
(such as, advisors and weapon wielders) WILL be striked for cross
teaming. Lore Characters wiped to cross teaming will be voided.

35.Upon a reaper death seal being popped, if you cannot prove via a video
that you logged before the animation was activated, you are wiped. This
will require a full desktop capture software (for lore characters only)

36.Cannot air grip a spec holder/kage/advisor or it will be deemed a void. No

punishment will be given to the culprit.
PD 1v1s
- PD 1v1s will rarely be accepted by Staff as they are not a necessity, the
rank requirement for both parties involved is S+
- ‘Terms’ must be placed out by both parties first and accepted before the
PD 1v1 is locked in. Terms are not: ‘I want this spec, I want kage hp, etc’
Terms are agreements such as Location, Time, If Awakenings are allowed,
first to 1, first to 3, best of 3, agreeing not to use a certain move, etc All PD
1v1s must be with your current kits, you will not be given additional moves
or buffs that you do not already have.
- The person demanding a PD 1v1 must copy and paste this statement “I,
(Username), Challenge (Their Username) to a PD 1v1” and the other
player must say “I (username), accept the PD 1v1” once terms are agreed
on.
- Once locked in, if any player dodges the PD 1v1 they will be wiped.
- Terms will be created in the presence of admins

Wars
- Each Kage may declare a war once a week, if a war is accepted, they must
wait two weeks.
- The defending Kage can decline the war and be put on grace for one week
against other Kages
- A Kage who declines a war can not decline two in a row
- The location of the war will always be by default accustomed to the
defending village’s map region
- To declare a war, you must say “(Village Name) Declares war on (Village
Name)” and the defending Kage may say “I accept/decline” If accepted, a
group chat will be made with BIoodSpectre, Both Kages and the HOL to
schedule a time. Wars will be a 15v15 cap.
- If a Kage can not pick a date that is within 5 days of declaration, the other
side auto wins. (No wipes will occur, but rewards will be given). If both
kages can not agree on a date/time, staff will make a compromise or flip a
coin.
- A war will end once one side’s kage is gripped/clogs, after their death there
will be a 5 minute timer to continue the war until PD ends.
- Rewards per person will be 3 blessed chests, a rank up and ryo. All
surviving Jounin will be promoted to Sp. Jounin. Kages can not ‘demand
rewards’ beforehand, all rewards are done by staff.
- Kage Rewards are also included. They may pick between an extra Anbu
Spot or an Upgrade to their kit by requesting a 5th spec from their kit.
Kage’s will also receive 3 forbidden scrolls to hand out amongst their
villagers.
- Upon war being declared, both sides are not able to vault any weapons. All
spec users must attend the war, if they fail to do so they will be auto-wiped.
- You do not keep Sp. Jounin upon prestige.

Rogue
1. Can not blatantly team up with villagers, unless it is a lore event
2. There is only ONE Rogue Jin allowed, if another jin wishes to go rogue,
they will lose their tailed beast
3. Rogues in missions can be third-partied, no matter their rank
4. Rogues will not be given ANBU Cloaks
5. Rogues can not raid villages while there is already an on-going raid by
another village
6. Organisations can not have more than 2 weapon holders
7. Organisations capped at 2 Rogues can get teamed on by villagers and
rogues
8. Rogues and Sound can team up in fights, and organisations can even ally
sound
9. Can not create a rogue org to purposefully disadvantage a village. Kage’s
can not transfer village weapons into a rogue org.
10.Ronin’s are not allowed redemption seals.
Organisation Requirements
- Must have 12 Players in your organisation, all Outlaw or above. DM
DoMeat with the following: Leader Username, Leader Discord, Org Name,
Org Discord. Leader will be given a title called ‘Ronin’ - which has buffs
higher than ‘Advisor’ but less than ‘Kage.’ Ronins will be given 1 spec
(mode specs count as 1) from their clan, if their clan does not have specs
then unfortunately they will not be given a free HC and should have
instead picked someone else to lead.
- Send DoMeat screenshots of your 12 members ranks and usernames.
- If the cap of 2 Rogue Organisations is reached, and another group wishes
to create one then they must wipe a Ronin of another Organisation to
become official.

Organisation Tasks
- You may complete these in any order.
- Task One: Wipe an Advisor or Weapon Wielder. - This will grant your
organisation the weapon and a new title for one person ‘Vagabond’ this
title buff is slightly better than Village ‘Advisor’ buffs. Weapon cap will be
increased to 3
- Task Two: Wipe a Jinchuriki or Kage. - This will grant your organisation
3 ANBU Spots and provide your Ronin with their 2nd spec (if their clan
has more than 1 spec).
- Once you complete a task, you will be eligible for hire by Kages for Wars.
The minimum hire price is 100k ryo and can go up to whatever is
demanded, and the Kage must show administration proof of already
having the ryo. Then the Organisation will be paid and allowed to attend
the War.

Anbu
- Villages have a max of 3 Anbu, there will be special tasks released later to
increase this cap.
- The requirement for Anbu is to obtain Jounin, once reached you will need
your Kage to tell a Manager + your in-game name, clan and username
before you can DM a Manager + to be ranked.
- The Kage and Anbu starting a Hunt must be inside their Kage Office near
the chair when started, the gate will automatically detect this.
- The Kage, Allies and Allied Kages may not partake or help in the hunt, it
is up to staff discretion to decide what may have been teaming. Only the
Village Anbu can partake.
- **IF THE KAGE LEAVES THE VILLAGE AFTER INITIATING AN
ANBU HUNT, IT IS VOID**
- **AUTO WIPE IF THE HUNTED QUEUES DURING THE HUNT**
- The person being hunted may not be knocked or carried before a Hunt is
started.
- The person being hunted should not be inside the village or raiding the
village when the Hunt is being started.
- The keybind to unmask a knocked Anbu is ‘K’ and only Jounins + or
Outlaws + can unmask.
- Once unmasked with a weapon, you can not transfer the weapon to
another member of your village. Your Anbu may be removed for someone
else, but your weapon remains locked to you.
- Anbu can not log while knocked or while in combat to escape an unmask.
- The person being hunted must be gripped by the Anbu.
- The person being hunted can be defended by their Kage and Villagers, no
allies.
- If any of the Anbu are gripped during the hunt, they automatically roll a
35% chance of wiping. The person being hunted has a 100% chance of
wiping, if gripped by the Anbu.
- Anbu Hunts have a CD of 5 Days.
- Can not be Anbu for more than one village (multiple slots)
- If a village owns more than 4 Anbu slots through rewards, any Anbu that
wipes will not be able to be replaced and the spot will be removed.
Coups
- In order to start a coup you must have a legitimate reason that abides by
lore.
- The requirement to start a coup is to have ten Jounin+ or Wanderer+
supporters.
- Rogues that originate from the village, may return to help during the
battle, only for the usurping side (Unless the Kage unrogues them for
his/her side). Rogues of the Village Clans can count towards the member
requirement count only if they are rejoining the village afterwards. For
example, during a Sand Coup, a Rogue Kazesuna may attend the battle in support
of the usurpers.
- Kages may rogue you if they catch wind that you are attempting a coup,
you will not be restored for the rogue derank. This can be used against a
kage as a reason to coup however.
- Coup leader strength will be proportional to their popularity.
- 10 supporters: 1 spec, awakening, Ronin title
- 12 supporters: 1 spec, awakening, Ronin title, 1 Anbu
- 16 supporters: 2 specs, awakening, Ronin title, 1 Anbu, Advisor
- 20 supporters: 2 specs, awakening, Ronin title, 4 Anbu, Advisor
- If the coup leader’s clan does not have specs or an awakening then they
will not be given a clan switch.
- Once the coup reaches the requirement, the Kage will be made aware and
must schedule an event with the coup leader. If the Kage can not agree to a
scheduling within a week, the Coup Leader will automatically win. If there
are small disputes, a manager may flip a coin.
The Battle:
- The Battle (default option) can consist of a Village vs Usurpers fight in a
private server. The Battle ends when either side’s leader is wiped.
- Or, the Coup Leader & Kage can agree to a PD 1v1.
- Rewards per person (winners):
- 1 rank up, Sp. Jounin for Jounins, 3 blessed chests
- Kage will receive 3 random forbidden scrolls to hand out amongst
his village
Rinnegan
- Rinnegan is not a lore item, but is classed as a spec. Therefore upon wiping
a Rinnegan user, they will be able to buy their life back, but will lose their
eye and it will become rollable once again.
- The person who wiped the Rinnegan user will not receive Rinnegan.
