About Us

Sequential Solutions is a creative media and web development company specializing in providing web
development, digital media design, and marketing. We have a pool of talents specializing in design and
web development, as well as highly skilled developers specializing in PHP, C++, C#, Python, Java, among
others.

Formed in 1998 by 5 friends, they started accepting small projects of website development from small
companies, business joints, and individuals as a sideline for income during college. Projects poured in
further and they decided to register the business as a corporation. From a 5-member company, we have
now 512 persons at our employ and have locations in 5 countries namely the US, Germany, Singapore,

Scope of Work

The company will develop an intranet service integrated with an online calendar that is independent of
cloud-dependent calendar services. The intranet portal shall have the following features:

1. Chat support
2. Change requests feature
3. Emailer
4. Meeting and Venue Scheduler
5. Minutes Recorder (Audio and Written)

This portal's design shall center around the client's preferred color and design concept or its own company
color and concept.

Objectives

A team of two web developers, one web designer, and two graphic designers will craft the following:

1. A web portal intranet service as specified under the scope of work

2. Three design concepts for the UI of the website
3. five digital designs for social media pubmats.

What the Client will provide:

1. high-quality digital images/photos that shall be used for the pubmats;

Terms & Conditions

The Parties
This proposal (“Proposal”) is between Sequential Solutions (“Company”) a{clientName} (“Client”).

Commencement
The contract shall be effective upon the approval of this Proposal upon signing by both parties hereto.

Services
The Company will offer web design and development, and graphics or image design services.

Project Modi cations

Web Design and Development: Change requests or revisions are allowed up to 3 revisions or for a
period of 3 months, whichever comes first.
Graphics and Image Design: Revisions are allowed up to 3 times for each output provided.

Required Payment
The Client will pay the following:

20% upon the effectivity of this contract.

20% upon the estimated 40% completion of the project.
20% upon 60% completion of the project.
40% shall be paid upon turn over

A retainer fee of $200 shall be paid on a monthly basis for the maintenance of the system. All payments
will made be through check or bank deposit.

Con dentiality
The terms and conditions contained in this contract shall constitute confidential information and the
recipient of such confidential information agrees to keep confidential the confidential information from
any third party unless prior written consent of the other party has been sought. In the event that the
recipient of the confidential information is legally compelled by any governmental authority, including, but
not limited to courts or other governmental bodies to disclose any confidential information of the other,
the other shall be promptly notified so that the latter may be able to seek protection order or avail itself of
other appropriate remedies and/or waive compliance with the provisions hereof. The provisions of this
section shall survive the termination of this Contract for whatever reason.

Termination
This contract shall expire without notice to the parties and shall be deemed terminated upon the period of
the occurrence of the following events:

1. In the event that a law or regulation is passed, the operation of an implementation of which would
result in the non-execution of the obligation of any of the parties to this Contract.
2. Mutual agreement of the parties to terminate this Contract.

 CONFIRMATION

I understand that upon signing, an agreement between the Company and the Client I represent shall take
effect under the terms and conditions found herein.

By signing this form, I affirm under the penalty of perjury in accordance with the law that I have the
capacity to represent the Client into entering this contract.
