Turkey Season Closes Out
A Bitter Sweet End of the Turkey Season with 18 Birds Down on Film

The extremely mild winter and warm months of February and March made calling in the long beards a challenge. Not to mention the bugs, including ticks were out in full force! With all that being said we really cant complain. We killed 18 birds on camera including an eastern Brad Clay killed in the last week of the season with Clay Forst of the Stuart Ranch as seen in the picture above. Final Descent Outdoors will be airing this last years episodes on the Communicomm Cable Service out of the Lake Texoma area starting in June of 2012. The First Baptist Church Durant, OK channel 13 will be airing the episodes every MondayFriday at 2:30pm and on Saturdays at 9:00am and 1:30pm. The Stuart Ranch is a tradition rich place as it is the largest family owned ranch in Oklahoma covering over 40,000 acres.
