This document is a work-in-progress. Please check in regularly for updates. If a section is TBD, that means we will be updating it soon. If we haven't updated it, that means we don't yet have the answer and won't be able to answer individual email questions.
IMPORTANT: Each exhibitor is responsible for set up and breakdown of exhibits. We do not stock extra supplies, equipment or tools for exhibit spaces. We will also dispose of any items left behind after breakdown. TechCrunch volunteer staff will be available Monday morning to help lend a hand at load in. There is also a Technical Help Desk in the Exhibit Area to address your technical issues. Badges may not be picked up before Monday and are not transferable. To avoid ticket reprint lines, make sure your ticket names are spelled correctly on your Evenbrite registration. To check your Eventbrite registration visit http://www.eventbrite.com/mytickets . NOTE: Please be sure to leave all TechCrunch items (power cords, cables, table sign holder, etc) marked with the GREEN tape at your table. You may keep the Table Sign with your Logo (but not the stand).

On Signage - We're prepping for Israeli Pavilion and were wondering what sort of signage will be provided by Disrupt. Do you have the dimensions or an idea of how big/prominent looking the signage will be? We're trying to determine if we need to create additional signage and bring it with us or if Disrupt's provided signage will be sufficient. Each Exhibitor receives an 11" x 17" foamcore sign on a stand. It's pretty sizable and really does the trick, but you may bring additional signs. Some have opted for small easel signs behind the
table and some bring stand alone vertical banners (2x7 or 3x7). Please do NOT block your neighbors or restrict thruways. You will be asked to move materials or they will be removed from the area.
