Did you try making an aggregate to the cross-tab and changing that cell ? Alternatively, create another block next to your cross-tab and hide the dimension.

yes, Create one more table with column and adjust left side position to '0' splace with Block 1

Right click on the footer of the crosstab and add column. It will add a single column to the end of the crosstab. Thanks..

To add footers (without adding a calculation): [1] Click on the outer border of the crosstab so that the entire crosstab is selected (and no particular cell). [2] Go to Display properties and tick the "Show table footers" property.
