January 27-29, 2012 EXHIITORS CONTRACT

Please reserve space for our use in Jacksonville Boat Show to be held in the Prime Osborn Convention Center in Jacksonville, Florida. As an exhibitor, we are leasing space for the purpose of: _______________________________________. A deposit equal to 25% of the total cost of the space reserved is due on contract signing. No exhibitor will be permitted to set up until the total cost of the space has been paid in full. If and exhibitors current space is not paid in full within five (5) days following the move-out of the show, the exhibitor will lose their show bidding priority and their previous years space allocation and go to a O bid balance. All checks should be made payable to the Jacksonville Marine Association. The exhibitor agrees to comply with all the rules and regulations the show committee deems necessary for the general welfare of the show. Copies of current rule and regulations are attached an agreed upon by all parties. The Jacksonville Marine Association shall not be liable for the fulfillment of this contract if not-fulfillment is due to any act of God, war, fire or other causes beyond the control of the Association. The Jacksonville Marine Association shall not be liable to the exhibitor for any loss damage or injury. The deposit paid herewith is non-refundable in the event the exhibitor fails to fulfill or violates the contract or withdraws from the show and the balance due shall be paid to the Jacksonville Marine Association. Attorney fees and costs: In connection with any litigation arising out of this contract, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover all costs incurred including reasonable attorney fees. No space may be sublet by any exhibitor unless approved by the show management. Note Retailers: you MUST be registered with the Florida Department of Revenue and collect and remit Florida Sales Tax.
