1. A Study on Consumer Satisfaction on Bajaj Pulsar Range in Dharwad At APOORVA BAJAJ MOTORS DHARWAD. The study is dedicated towards finding out the satisfaction of the customers using Bajaj Pulsar. And also about getting ideas to improve the customer orientation of Apoorva Bajaj motors. 2. A Study on Effectiveness of Performance Appraisal System At KFIL Bevinahalli. The view of employees towards the Performance Appraisal designed by the company is collected and thus observed to see the effectiveness of the same in the company.
3. To study on Recruitment and selection At HIPL Allanagar (Ginegera).

I learnt the process of recruiting a candidate in the organization. And also the process of training to selected candidate in the organization based on the work and qualification.

4. Under gone live project in BIG BAZAAR SALES in three days

program at Hubli. The field work at the same place helped me to get better insight on the organized retail outlets. The working of the outlets including the customer service was studied there.
