DEVELOPED ACTIVITIES

They demolish concrete buildings, masonry, and other structures; prepare construction sites by cleaning the area and compacting soils. They perform first-level maintenance by cleaning machines and tools.

SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS

It is mandatory to meet with the team before starting activities to fill out the APR - Preliminary Risk Analysis;

Any activity that may pose a risk to the health or integrity of the individual must be halted under the 'Right of Refusal' until their needs are met in order to provide conditions.

Never perform activities at height if the location does not provide minimum safety.

Carefully observe the work environment while moving around the site, and immediately report any unsafe conditions you find to your supervisor;

Wash your hands frequently up to the wrists, with water and soap, or sanitize with 70% alcohol gel;

RESTRICTIONS / PROHIBITIONS

Smoking in the workplace;

Never operate machines and equipment for which you have not received the proper training;

Never bypass the existing security protections in areas without proper authorization.

Failing to comply with the company's Safety and Medicine regulations;

Running in the workplace;

Use embellishments in the execution of activities during field visits;

Use headphones while performing activities during field visits;

Never improvise with tools or during work procedures;

Using a cell phone or any electronic device while walking must necessarily be done in a safe place so that only when stopped and safe can the device be used.

OBLIGATIONS
Comply with all rules issued by the employer, including those described in this work order;

Report all unsafe conditions present in the workplace to the immediate supervisor;

It is mandatory to use the Personal Protective Equipment indicated for the function or for general use;

Maintain order, discipline, hygiene, and safety at work;

Perform the activities assigned to you after specific training for their execution;

Collaborate with the company in the application of Regulatory Standards - NR's.

PUNISHMENTS

The unjustified refusal of the employee to comply with this work order constitutes a fault, which may result in just cause depending on the degree of deviation:

Level: Educational guidance, verbal warning, written warning, work suspension and dismissal.
Medium: Written warning, suspension from work, and dismissal.
Serious: Suspension of work and dismissal.
Unique: Dispensation.

LEGISLATION

NR 6 – Ordinance 3214/79
6.6.1 It is the employer's responsibility regarding the PPE:

a) acquire what is appropriate to the risk of each activity;

b) require its use;


c) provide the worker only what is approved by the national competent authority in matters of labor safety and health;
d) guide and train the worker on proper use, storage, and maintenance;
e) replace immediately when damaged or lost;
f) take responsibility for cleaning and periodic maintenance;
g) report any irregularities observed to the MTE.
h) register your supply to the worker, and books, records, or an electronic system may be adopted.
6.7.1 It is the employee's responsibility regarding the PPE:

a) use it, using it only for the purpose for which it is intended;
b) to be responsible for the custody and conservation;

c) to inform the employer of any changes that make it unsuitable for use;
d) comply with the employer's determinations regarding proper use.

9.6.3 - The employer must ensure that, in the occurrence of environmental risks in the workplace that put one or more workers in a situation of serious and imminent danger, they can interrupt the

a)In compliance with the instructions issued by the employer as per item II of the previous article;
b)To the use of personal protective equipment provided by the company.
EMERGENCY PLAN FOR WORK ACCIDENT RESPONSE / ASSISTANCE

Risk Level III

The Emergency Action Plan aims to guide everyone so that if there is any type of accident or incident requiring medical attention, a routine is followed to avoid taking
actions/decisions or conduct without prior planning, which may pose risks to those involved. Therefore, everyone should be guided during the Daily Safety Dialogues - DDS and Integrations.

IN CASE OF ACCIDENTS

In the event of an accident, the following measures will be taken:


Inform the company management, the occupational safety department and/or the human resources department;

Notify the civil police;

Isolate the accident area;

Communicate to the Regional Labor Office;

Do not alter the location until release by the police or DRT;

The company's human resources should monitor and guide the victim's family in the legal proceedings and the necessary psychological support during and after the event, all support must be provided in a manner

to mitigate the suffering of an accident, both for the injured person and the family of the injured.

In all situations, the human resources department will issue the Occupational Accident Communication - CAT via the internet, with the following destination, according to service order No. 329 from INSS, dated 26/10/93, being

issued in 6 copies (INSS, SUS, Workers' Union, Company, Insured/Dependent, DRT/Ministry of Labor).
