respectively, students, residing in this city, we appear before you and state:
1. The designation of the Notary before whom we propose this request is hereby made.

3. Background: a) From the marriage certificate that we attach, it is clear that
the appearing parties entered into civil marriage, in accordance with Ecuadorian laws, in the
city of Loja on March 20, 2007, recorded in the Civil Registry of Marriages of
