Zombie outbreak is the result of experimental error by the Sinaloa drug cartel

Recent reports in the media are now speculating that the root cause of this bizarre attack can be attributed to the abuse of a drug known as "bath salts." http://www.usnews.com/news/articles/2012/05/30/miamis-naked-zombie-proves-need-toban-bath-salts-experts-say According to the Drug Enforcement Agency, bath salts are an "emerging domestic threat", with similar effects to amphetamines, cocaine, and LSD. Have you ever taken, or witnessed someone who has taken, excessive amounts of cocaine or LSD? Perhaps you yourself can remember a wild night in college where you exceeded your limits. In your darkest drug induced moments, did you ever consider ripping the flesh off another human being and eating their face? Of course you did not. This is a ridiculous ruse intended to give the public a fast, easy explaination. No thinking person should accept this story as anything more than that. In Intelligence parlance, there are two kinds of deception: cover and disinformation. Clearly this is the case of disinformation to convey false information. The media doesn't have the answer. The authorities don't have the answer. Only the attacker, Rudy Eugene, knows for sure and he's taken the answer to his grave.

We have a theory. A theory grounded in analytical research with an unavoidable element of speculation. This theory will be dismissed by "experts", ignored by the mainstream media, or considered to be the work of conspiracy theorists. That's fine. As a thinking person with your own analytic skills, you can decide how our theory stacks up against the 'bath salt' explanation. It is our opinion that the root cause of this 'zombie-like' attack is simple. It is a biological virus resulting from the absolute error of an enhanced amphetamine produced by the Sinaloa cartel. This virus traveled into Miami via Florida's southern High-Intensity Drug-Trafficking Areas (HIDTA) and is responsible for multiple incidents both in the United States and Mexico. According to the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), law enforcement within the United States has pushed the development and supply of methamphetamines to Latin America. Reading the UNODC Global SMART programe assessment, we find these interesting notes: "In 2009, the methamphetamine supply increased on US streets and was sold at lower prices, as Mexican cartels began to manufacture the drug with less strictly controlled precursors... criminals continue to circumvent control mechanisms by changing the manufacturing processes... or by manufacturing controlled chemicals from noncontrolled pre-precursors....manufacturing processes in Mexicoincreasingly rely on alternative manufacturing formulas" http://www.cicad.oas.org/Main/pubs/SMART/ATS_in_Latin_America_preliminary_assessment_ 2011.pdf We know that methamphetamine production has moved to Latin America. We know that the Mexican drug cartels are experimenting with the control mechanisms and manufacturing formulas for drug production. In their quest for profits with no scientific oversight, have the drug cartels inadvertently unleashed a 'zombie-like' virus on the world? If this were a true statement, the news media would be reporting other incidents of this drug borne virus traveling amongst the population. We believe that we have seen other evidence of this virus spreading; you just need to know where to look. Everyone knows the most effective method of dispatching a zombie is to cut off their head. Perhaps Daniel Elizondo, leader of the Zetas drug cartel, knew this was the only way to stop a Zombie virus outbreak within his Cadereyta drug production center as he ordered the massacre of 49 people whose corpses were decapitated,
