It keeps you in touch with your callers even when you are outside the coverage area of Airtel or your cellular phone is switched off. Your calls are diverted to your Missed you services. You get a message from switch by default that calling nos. has called you. SHORT MESSAGE SERVICES Airtel short message services (SMS) allows short text messages to be sent to any mobile users is an ideal way to communicate when you are busy in a meeting, or you want to send the same message to a number of people. CALL CONFERENCE Airtels Call conference services enables you to carryout a teleconference with 6 different people simultaneously. In fact you can set up a conference, even if the other five are using the landline. CALL WAITING Call waiting alerts you of an incoming call if you are engaged in another conversation on your cellular phone. You then have the option to either put the call-in-progress on hold, and answer the new call, or reject the incoming call. CALL HOLD This service allows you to put an outgoing conversation on hold, and call another person. You may switch between the two parties at any time.
