Regular checks by the user

To ensure safe driving, please regularly check the following items of your
vehicle.

1. Steering inspection, inspect the steering by turning the wheel to the limit on both sides.
Make sure the steering course is completely free and turns naturally.

2. Check the play of the levers, left (rear brake) and right (front brake), the play should be
to find oneself in accordance with the example:

a) gap between 10-20mm

gap between 10-20mm

3. Brakes, check the oil level, the level should always be between the
minimum limit and maximum limit indicated.

16
VEHICLE MAINTENANCE
Brake pads

Limit wear of the pad.

If the oil level is close to the minimum limit, it means that
the tablet reached limit 1 (as shown in the figure) and should be replaced by
new ones. This operation should be carried out at a Keeway dealer.

4. Tires, check the pressure and the tread depth.

VEHICLE MAINTENANCE

Extended Downtime Periods

To reduce the effects of quality loss during and after the stoppage, you should take into account
count the following procedures:

1-Fill the fuel tank and add fuel stabilizer (if available) to prevent
that the tank rusts and the fuel deteriorates.

2-Remove the spark plug cap and the spark plug. Pour a teaspoon of engine oil into the cavity of the
spark plug. Place the spark plug cover on the respective spark plug and place the spark plug in the head of
cylinders so that the electrodes are grounded (this will limit the production of sparks during
the next step). Start the engine several times using the starter motor
(this action will coat the wall of the cylinder with oil).

3-Lubricate all control cables and articulated points of all levers and pedals, thus
like side rest/central rest.

4-Check and, if necessary, correct the tire air pressure, and finally lift the vehicle in order to
that both wheels stay off the ground. Alternatively, turn the wheels a little every month
to prevent the tires from degrading at a certain point.

5-Tape the exhaust of the muffler with a plastic bag to prevent moisture from entering.

21
VEHICLE MAINTENANCE

6-Remove the battery and charge it fully. Store it in a cool, dry place and charge it at least
once every 15 days.

Apply protective wax to prevent rust or other damage to the vehicle's paint.

8-Check the tire pressure.

9-Place a support under the engine so that both wheels are lifted off the ground.

Protect the vehicle with a cover and place it in a location with few temperature changes.
and without humidity. Keep it away from direct sunlight.

After Stops for Extended Periods

1- Remove the cover and clean the vehicle. Change the oil if the vehicle has been stationary for more than 4
months.

2-Check the battery status and charge if necessary. Install the battery.

3-Remove the existing gasoline from the fuel tank and apply new gasoline.

4-Perform a general check before driving and test your vehicle at moderate speeds.
