Program ini telah direka khas untuk membantu peserta meningkatkan kemahiran penyeliaan dari pespektif kepimpinan dan pengurusan sumber. Melalui pemantapan sikap, kemahiran dan pengetahuan peserta akan didedahkan bagaimana untuk menguruskan prestasi kakitangan, justeru menjana produktiviti dan kecemerlangan organisasi. Program yang dikendalikan didalam suasana yang interaktif ini memberi peluang kepada peserta untuk berkongsi pengalaman dan pendekatan kreatif didalam menangani konflik, menguruskan hubungan insan kearah membentuk suasana kerja yang menyeronokkan, beretika dan positif.

OBJEKTIF KURSUS
Di akhir program ini, para peserta akan dapat: Memahami peranan, tugas, tanggung jawab serta fungsi asas seorang penyelia. Melaksanakan pengurusan masa yang berkesan bagi mencapai objektif tugas. Mempelajari teknik menyelesaikan masalah dan menganalisa sebab - akibat serta hubungkait sesuatu masaalah. Mendalami teknik berkomunikasi, persembahan, taklimat dan penyampaian umum dengan lebih yakin dan berkesan. Mengenalpasti kaedah-kaedah menangani konflik di antara kakitangan dan hubungan insan. Mempelajari teknik menangani kakitangan bermasalah dan pengurusan prestasi. Memahami langkah untuk membuat perancangan dan mengurus strategi untuk mencapai objektif organisasi.

KAEDAH PENGENDALIAN KURSUS


Kursus ini berbentuk interaktif dan memberi peluang kepada semua untuk bertukar-tukar pandangan dan pengalaman baru dari peserta lain juga melalui kes kajian, simulasi, permainan, perbincangan serta video latihan.

PROFIL FASILITATOR
SHAHRUL AZRIN is a facilitator who has extensive experience in various industries such as service operations, communications, development and human resource management, business management, customer service and education industries. He is committed to human capital development and achievement through performance management and learning strategies in organizations. Shahrul Azrin has an experience as a training Consultant for Human Capital Analysis of Employee Development and Training Module designer. He served as a manager in various organizations such as Industrial Services, Hospitality, Facilities Management and Building, Manufacturing and Manufacturing Engineering, Information Technology, Education and Banking. He was able to train more than 30 programs, particularly in the areas of humanitarian improvement, human resources management and improving work processes. Shahrul Azrin holds a Masters Degree in Corporate Communications and a Bachelor of Human Resource Development from University Putra Malaysia. He is also a "Certified Trainer" by Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad. He has undergone various training programs in Malaysia and overseas. He has also conducted in-house programs for government and private sectors.
