1. INTRODUCTION
This proposal outlines the plan for the installation and configuration of Peachtree accounting software within a
network environment. The aim is to ensure seamless operation, secure data management, and efficient access for
multiple users.

2. OBJECTIVES
 To install and configure Peachtree software on designated servers and client machines on head office
of TYA.
 To track the costs associated with specific projects or jobs
 To allocate costs to individual jobs, providing a clearer picture of where resources are being used.
 To install and configure Peachtree software on client machines on seven zonal office of TYA.
 To make the system centralized control in one database Peachtree.
 To ensure proper network configuration for multi-user access and to configure different privilege.
 To provide training and support for staff on using the software effectively.

3. PROJECT SCOPE
 Assessment of Current Infrastructure and technology
 Evaluate existing network setup and hardware.
 To install each computer with windows 10 operating system
 Identify user requirements and software specifications.
 To expand/integrate existing network setup to zonal office
