Wisdom comes from experience. Experience comes from bad decisions. ~ Anonymous Call at least three participants to give their insights about the passage. Directions: 1. Divide the participants into 6 groups . 2. Provide each group with a copy of one legal basis or mandate of QAAS. Group 1- Administrative Order No. 161

Activity (50 minutes)

Have the participants brainstorm and share their understandings on the assigned legal basis/mandate. 4. Have each group present their outputs in plenary through creative presentation for five minutes, e.g. panel discussion, role playing, tv/game show, etc. Have participants answer the following questions: 1. How did you feel about the activity? 2. What made your group presentation successful? 3. In a scale of 1-10, how do you rate your group presentation? Why? 4. Why is it important to have a thorough knowledge on the different legal basis and mandates of QAAS? 5. What important things did you get from each of the legal basis and mandates?
