Part One: YOUR Epistemological World Views Summarize here your ndings (even if tentative!) about your philosophies of knowledge: Absolutist, Relativist, or Rationalist? Domains Natural Science Item #s 1, 5, 14 YOUR Philo of K Absolutist Brief Reason + Remarks The Natural Sciences look for the nature of the universe, and there is only one absolute answer to that. The Social Sciences really depend on the nature of human beings, which can vary, but is very much possible that some ideas are more right than others. Different people can have different opinions in Art. Morality depends on peoples conscience, and some people may have different ideas on what is right or wrong. We have yet to see evidence about the supernatural being, so we cannot say whether it is correct or not, but I do believe that one religion can be more right than the other in the end.

Part Three: AUTHORITY and/or EVIDENCE/ARGUMENT When you justify claims, how much do you actually rely on External Authority and Direct Evidence for every domain? Assign a percentage to each one per domain (Just make an estimate, so NO decimal points--e.g., 25.2321%!). Make sure both total 100%. Natural Science

There must be evidences in the facts and theories that are fed to us by scientists, but usually we trust the scientists enough to know that they are true. The social sciences use the facts of the past such as history which are given to us by historians, and we are just to trust that what they wrote are true. Although, there are evidences as well to what they wrote. Art really relies on personal opinion, but the styles and techniques of different artists can also be taken into account. We are taught by external authorities on what is right and what is wrong, and we just follow what we are taught. There isnt much evidences that can be given in religion, but authorities such as preachers, priests, and parents teach us what to believe without doubting.

Why do you think there is no OPINION in Part Three? Part three wishes to discuss the justications on topics, and using opinion as a justication does not justify the claims as much as evidence and authority. If opinion was a means of justication, then everything can be justied since everyone can have their own opinions.
