ICICI Bank is a leading private sector bank that offers a wide range of banking products and financial services to corporate and retail customers through a variety of delivery channels . The project, which I am a part of, is implementation of an online portal for corporate customers to provide them a channel for utilizing Trade Finance services offered by the bank. The services include issuing Bank guarantees, Letter of credit, remittance, bill payment and Export & packing credit.

Responsiblities
To gather and define business requirements, functional and non functional requirements to manage and implement project based solutions for Trade Finance. Function as a primary bridge between business, operations and technical areas throughout the project cycle. Manage the relationship with the business/operations users and vendor, monitoring the work done and maintaining the relationship as a whole. To make implementation plans to manage the entire life cycle that includes maintenance, bug fixing and enhancements. To Work with vendors to provide data points on effort estimation for proposal development. Negotiation on the effort estimates submitted by the vendor Coordination with the vendor in resolution of production issues within TAT, preparing vendor impact log to keep track of adherence to the SLA with the vendor. Develop test strategies, document test cases, manage the testing effort .Conduct UAT to make sure that all the user requirements are catered to by the application. Monitor client expectations through client involvement and communication throughout the lifecycle of the project; educate clients and stakeholders on the benefits and risks associated with the project. Suggest procedural/process improvements both from a technology and a process point of view, advise system features and propose system amendments. Ensure compliance with Audit and SOX guidelines and enforce standard policies and procedures.

PROJECTS UNDETAKEN Trade Online

The Trade Finance application, Trade Online, is a suite of financial solutions used by ICICI Bank offices and corporate customers at various locations to facilitate the trade finance business. The application is hosted on Internet and provides an online trade platform for the ICICI Bank corporate customers to apply for the trade products like Bank guarantees, Letter of Credits and remittances. Integrated with the core system, Finacle to allow inward and outward flow of transactions and other applications that support deal booking for remittance and document upload and document scanning at mid office.

SLA Monitoring System

The application provides a solution to monitor ICICI Bank Technology Service Level Agreement with its subsidiaries at various International locations. The system involves the automation of SLA sign off process between ICICI Bank India and these subsidiaries by making the system available to the stakeholders at the click of mouse. Various stakeholders involved are service providers, IT compliance, Legal and operations teams of different Geographies
