1.2 Realistic study on MAS holdings related to the needs of information.

1.2.1 Primary activities

1.2.1.1 Inbound logistics

which is abbreviated as MRP.At the end of the month, reports are calculated based on
profitability calculation procedure. External parties need to communicate with effective
communication plan to aid an uninterrupted process flow.

1.2.1.2 Production
Fabric Request Note (FRN) should be produced by considering the number of required products
and then the relevant information should be sent to the ware house. Then the materials needed for
the production process will be received by the warehouse. In the cutting section, machines fed data
on the relevant size which is required. In the dying plant, mixing of colors are done by feeding the
appropriate dosage of data into the system. System itself will select the colors and mixes the colors
in relevance to the expectations of the customers. The carton sticker in the packing process is
printed with the relevant information. The cartons are loaded through a converge belt to the trucks
and the scanning system is used to the loading operation.

1.2.1.3 Outbound logistics
Based on the information gathered prior related to the purchase order, the company sends products
to the buyer. All the shipping details should be maintained including the shipping schedules. The
carriage outwards and other order fulfillment records should be well maintained.

Company obtains information related to the sales based on the past dealing with the customers as
they use direct marketing strategies. There is a specific website where the customers have
