INTRODUCCION
In our days, in the business world, one of the issues that most has
been disseminated is the ethics in the company and what has been
called corporate social responsibility, we find ourselves in a society in
which, as never before, we learned of the existence of practices of
corruption, violation of labor rights and immoral actions by various
companies and organizations. will realize a brief analysis on the
ethical proposals that are developed in the administrative theories of
Mary Parker Follett, Chester Barnard, Hugo munsterberg and ordway
Tead in which they analyze the role of the ethics in the functions of
the administration, which will allow us to observe that the interest in
the study of ethics in the administration and in the organizations is not
so recent and that the proposed by these classical theorists of the
administration continue to be effective.
