Elijah Vue Case

3-year-old Elijah Vue is missing from Manitowoc County, Wisconsin. Jesse Vang, Elijah's mom's boyfriend, said he last saw Elijah at around 8 a.m. 02/20 after Vang had ordered Elijah to stand next to Vang's bed and pray. Vang fell asleep, woke up almost 3 hours later, and Elijah was gone. Vang and Elijah's mom, Katrina Baur, have both been arrested. Vang: 948.21(2) Neglecting a Child & 939.05 PTAC.
