MacLean v. Homeland Security: Entire history of the TSA and MSPB omitting the Roger Scoffield SSI deposition question in order to cancel out "good faith belief"

MacLean v. DHS: Entire history of the Transportation Security Administration ( TSA ) and Merit Systems Protection Board ( MSPB ) omitting the Roger Scoffied SSI question (located at the bottom of page 93 of MacLean's August 2, 2006 deposition) from all of its filings and decisions, respectively. The MSPB used this to cancel out MacLean's "good faith belief" defense granted by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in its September 16, 2008 decision: http://www.ca9.uscourts.gov/datastore/opinions/2008/09/15/0675112.pdf
