Licking County Sheriff's Office - Falsification Complaint

In 2010 when Sheriff Thorp squelched the correction of a falsified incident report, I filed a complaint against his officer who participated in the falsification. This collection includes the complaint, a signed letter by Randy Thorp and Chad Dennis in which they lied. portions of the hour long conference call with Oswalt and Thorp, and then the idiotic conclusion of Newark Law Director Doug Sassen. I would learn months later that all the follow ups I did on Thorp's commitments went nowhere because Ken Oswalt had my emails blocked to all lcounty.com addresses.
